My friend moved into Cascades Village. He's doing good, he's enjoying his time there, and he has probably more space than he's had in quite some time. It's a good fit for him, and I'm pleased. I was there Monday night. It looks like a great facility, and people are nice; it's a good thing. The staff has done great, but apparently there's a management turnover from one company to another within the last few weeks, so it's hard to tell, but we've had no problems. They have a pool table when you can use it, a lovely gazebo outside, a lot of stuff inside can't really be used; like a library, but it's really quite pleasant. They held at least one meeting to get residents voting.

We visited Cascades Village. It was very nice. It looked newer. The tour staff was very nice and helpful. I think they were minimal in activities. It was just a senior apartment. They have a gazebo, a balcony, and a barbecue area. I think the staff said they have a weekly fun bingo event but not much else.

We got a full tour of Cascades Village. It was immaculately clean, they showed us everything including where you put your trash, and you could have eaten off the floor, it was that clean. Everything was done meticulously, and the coordinator who showed us around, Kay, was terrific. She cares about the people in her care, we've emailed back and forth a few times, and she's a wonderful person that's very thoughtful and caring. They showed us three available units, and the larger of the three was terrific, it was everything that I was looking for. There was a gym, a game room where you could play cards or billiards, or other activities you could do like board games and puzzles. They had tables and chairs that could be moved around for a variety of different things. It's close to a community center, there are busses right directly from the facility, and they'll pick you up and take you over to the community center that had all kinds of activities. They had those emergency pull things in the bathroom for if you have a problem and you need help immediately.

I went to Cascades Village. It seems really congested, otherwise it seemed nice. It was good, it was quite clean, there was variety. The staff, they were good, they were friendly. I didn't think there was a hospital around, but there's definitely other venues around.

Cascades Village is very good. They are very accommodating and it's very easy to get around. The staff is very helpful. My room is a bit small, but I'll get you by. You dine in your apartment. There are so many activities, like exercises and leisure time.

The layout of Cascades Village seemed to be fine and the appearance was OK. They might need fresh paint and little updating in the common areas. They showed us a model of a one-bedroom apartment, but my mother-in-law wanted a two-bedroom. The one-bedroom was too small, and they didn't have a balcony or outside access, which is something that we were looking for. The location wasn't ideal and that was an issue. The tour guide was pleasant and informative. I didn't have a problem with him. They don't provide food and had pretty limited activities from what I could tell. They had a theater, laundry room, a gazebo and a grill, and there was a shuttle bus that came frequently throughout the day.

We toured Cascades Village. We looked at the whole building and 1 apartment that was open at that moment. There was nice library. There was a group area where the residents would have people come and share games and some other social activities that the residents could participate in. The room itself was spacious, and the area was kind of tucked away. It felt like a nice protected spot. There was a shopping mall close by, and there was a shuttle that would take them shopping. The personnel was very friendly. We spoke to a couple of residents, and they had positive things to say. However, they really did not have any room available at that moment, so we could not really move forward with getting a spot there. This was a moderate to modest income level. It was right up to the highway, so there weren't a lot of places that she could walk freely, but I thought it was a good value for the money.

I moved my older brother here almost 9 years ago, and he loves his home more each day. The building and grounds are still looking brand new, and the facilities, including a gorgeous lobby, laundry room, movie room, pool room, fitness room, library, and hair styling room are very convenient and well-maintained. The roomy apartments, nice grounds and gardens to walk around, interesting activities, and the helpful, responsive, friendly staff can't be beat! Also, emergency pull-cords in apartment place a direct call to ambulance in case of emergency. Very good location for shopping and public transportation, and there are elevators inside too! They accept dogs and have rent on a sliding scale. Also assisted living building on grounds and a nursing home next door is about to open. This place has been an answer to my prayers and a joyful home for my brother.

I was very please with this property, I was greeted with the up most respect from the management. I have applied for residency for my 87 year old mother, who seems to like it as well.
