My sister-in-law is at Lucy Corr. They have physical therapy on-site. In the area that she is in now, it is a double bedroom but spacious enough that everyone has their own privacy. They have a day room for any activities and a dining room where the residents go to eat. They have a social worker that conducts a plan of care, which I'm involved with every two or three months when they have the plan of care meeting. The place is very clean and well-kept. The floors are shiny. Food is prepared well. I would certainly recommend Lucy Corr to anyone who has a loved one that needs either short-term or long-term care. Each unit has licensed nurses and certified nurse assistants that take care of the patients for personal care, bathing, and so on. Their laundry gets done once a week. They escort them to the dining room, so they can have their meals. Most of the time they're having activities in the dayroom. With regards to value for money, I think they are providing good service.

Food is sub standard Not following diet restrictions Mistreatment of residents witnessed Doctor assigned to resident was rude and unprofessional Too much staff turnover Mishandling of laundry - washing all clothes together causing color transfers rendering clothes unwearable Putting wrong clothes in residents room repeatedly

I toured Assisted Living at Lucy Corr Village for my mother. The appearance was fine, I didn't see any issues, however the rooms were all occupied. Since I was a walk-in, they told me I couldn't see the person in charge of placing seniors, so she just gave me a brief walk tour, and she was helpful with what she can get me. The feel seemed like it was clean, it was spacious, and it had lots of things to offer for the seniors. I checked their dining area, and it was spacious.

We chose Assisted Living at Lucy Corr Village because they had private rooms for Medicaid. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They have a lot of community support like different churches that go in there for services. They have physical activities like exercises. Mom was going there for rehab initially and then she's planning on staying. She's in an individual room, and she has her own bathroom, and a little sitting area. It's a wonderful facility and it's been upgraded.

My sister moved into Lucy Corr Village. It is very clean. All of the workers are very friendly and efficient in their care. The rooms are very roomy. They interact very well with the residents, and my sister seems very happy. She says the food is good. The grounds are very well kept and very pleasant. They have a lot of areas where the residents can sit outside and a garden where they are growing vegetables.

Assisted Living at Lucy Corr Village is very nice and clean. They have very nice activities, physical therapy, 24-hour nurses, doctor on-call 24/7. Mom has her own room, her own shower and bathroom. The food was nice, too. They have a choice of what they want to eat. They provide three meals a day and they can have them in the room, if they want to. They play bingo twice a week, art classes, concerts, somebody comes on Sundays and sings hymns and stuff. They even had line dance one night and I thought that was cute. They have different stuff and it's nice.

The staff at Lucy Corr Village is good; everyone seems to be polite and available. They’re a rehab center also, so they have things that they can do. My mother was having a lot of urinary tract infections at home, and she didn’t like to take her medicine at home but will take it through them. She’s doing well.
