I toured Maple Ridge Lodge Assisted Living. I like the available apartments and the amount of space allotted to the residents, like the library, a pub, and lots of different activities. The staff, the people I saw assisting others seemed very nice. The facility looked very very clean. It felt very peaceful and active. The residents were in the library. They were all over the place. The sizes of the rooms look pretty good. The dining area was very nicely set for tables of 4 or 2. It was bright and cheery.

Maple Ridge Lodge Assisted Living had a nice philosophy of how they provide services to their residents. They had a farm-to-table menu where they used a lot of local foods in their menu, which was nice. I think they were very thoughtful about the kinds of activities they provide for people who have different abilities. Just from the little bit we saw, it felt like a lot of their residents were more mobile and active. We did not meet the care staff, we just met the administrative staff. They had kitchens and little bistros where you could go in between meal times. They also had a fitness center and an activity room.
