My husband moved into Summit Senior Living. The facility is in very good condition, it's clean, it's a six or seven minute drive away, it seems to be very well staffed, and best of all, my husband seems to be very happy there. They try to keep him busy, and he's slowly getting involved. They have church services, games, movies, and stories they read to them. The food is pretty good most of the time. The staff is excellent.

I caution anyone who is considering Summit to be very careful to keep a careful record of payments and charges. I paid approx $17K for my father and his wife to stay at Summit. Ultimately, my father never lived at Summit, and his wife moved 6 wks later to a different facility. I was due for a refund of almost $5K as of 6/1/2024. It's now 7/22/2024, and I 've been trying to a refund for the past 7 weeks. I've called and emailed the Exec Dir and head of billing about this issue numerous times. I've been told that the refund is being processed, but there's always some reason for further delay. Summit never brought up a refund. After I brought up the issue, I was initially told that I was due less than half the actual amount. After I gave Summit a detailed account of my payments and incurred costs, Summit agreed that I was due almost $5K. I previously told Summit that I will file a consumer complaint, and it seems I will have to do so. I would not recommend this facility given the demonstrated dishonest and disingenuous behavior.

We went to see Summit Senior Living 3 weeks ago and toured their assisted living. I like their willingness to help there and they seem to have everything covered for needs such as flu shots and pharmacies and stuff like that. They have a clean facility. They treat you like a human being, at least when you're looking at them for a place to live. I don't know how they treat you after you move in. I think we're satisfied with them. They seem to be a little bit bigger than the other places we've seen. The rooms weren't cramped. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They take the time to say hello to you. We tried the food and it was good. It's not just one or two items you get to choose from. They run it like a restaurant where you are going to look at the choices. They're quite nice, with activities going on all the time. They have rooms that you can have family come to visit with you. Every room and hallway that we saw was clean. They're pet- friendly so that makes it nice if you got cats or dogs that you're attached to. You don't have to get rid of them. They have a swimming pool but that's for the independent living part. The assisted living part has a weight room, beauty parlors, and that kind of stuff. They have movie nights too and if the local football games are on, they have a big room where everybody can come and watch the game.

We chose summit Senior Living and my father moved into the memory care section. It's pretty good. The staff I met is good, and his accommodation is very nice. The dining area looked nice, as well as the surroundings.

My parents like Summit Senior Living. I like it as well. Their room is usually pretty clean. I've eaten there and it's pretty good food. They have musical groups and craft activities. The staff is very friendly, very kind, and caring. They have a library, a living room area with a fireplace and a TV, a game room, and a few other common areas upstairs.

Summit Senior Living was very immaculate and gives very good service. My parents are very pleased with it, plus the pricing is right. They have a lot of amenities, and daily activities, plus activities outside. They enjoy it and are very content. They're both in one apartment which is like a studio apartment.
