Salt Lake City assisted living for the elderly is designed for seniors who require assistance in some aspects of daily living. This assistance can include help with mobility, transportation, medication administration, personal grooming and hygiene, incontinence management, and more. Alta Ridge Assisted Living Communities offer senior housing and care plans designed to suit the specific needs of each resident.
Loved ones who require help from time to time but wish to maintain their independence are good candidates for assisted living. Alta Ridge assisted living communities provide amenities and comforts similar to those in a retirement community (dining, transportation, activity programs) while adding additional support for those seniors who need some assistance.
With the input of our trained aides, nurses, and management, we develop a care plan that specifically suits each individual. For family members, the most significant benefit offered by assisted living is knowing that help is always available for a loved one. For residents, maintaining dignity, privacy, and a sense of independence (despite needing help) is the most important goal.

Alta Ridge Assisted Living Holladay is a very friendly place. They seem very concerned and have a lot of activities. I saw the food being served one time, and it was a ham sandwich and a bowl of cream soup, which didn't look very appetizing to me. The next time I was there, they served hotdogs with something on top. The staff seems very kind, friendly, and outgoing. My friend's room is very small, but they keep it clean. Other than the food, the place is very nice, and I like it a lot.

My sister is at Alta Ridge Holladay for 2 months now. It’s a very nice facility. The only problem with this community is that it has a high amount of residents who are in wheelchairs or have a great deal of limitations. My sister is the only one that is at a higher level of functioning, so she feels isolated. She feels like she has been put in a nursing home as opposed to an assisted living. That’s the only issue. But it’s a very nice facility, very clean, and very well-run. It’s beautiful, just not the perfect fit for my sister.

This facility is very family friendly! They have activities constantly that incorporate the residents and their families. The families appreciate it so that they can still enjoy their loved ones as fully as possible. And while this may be a retirement community, the residents are far from retiring. My friends here enjoy the close shopping and dining experiences.
