Sterling Court is a lovely place inside and out. The marketing director was so helpful, giving me a tour a day ahead of time. We had lunch the following day with my dad. We loved the beautiful dining room and the food was delicious. There's a wide variety of options for food. It's bright, airy, and decorated beautifully, with beautiful artwork on the walls, a comfortable gathering area with a fireplace and a grand piano, and a big staircase. The staff is very friendly. He's in a studio, which is a nice size, and it's easy for him to get around with his walker. He's very close to the laundry room, so it's easy for him to do his laundry. He takes the Sterling Court mini-bus twice a week to exercises or to go out to the hospital. They have all kinds of activities.

Sterling Court felt kind of like a hotel, where they have a couple of stories. The independent living quarters or rooms were the same as the rooms for assisted living. You're on the same floor. They were kind of mixed. The assisted living will get the aides to assist them different things. In independent living, you don't get that service. The staff was nice. Everybody was introduced to me, the kitchen staff and the waitresses. They showed me the dining room and it was very good. The people that ate there were a combination of assisted living and independent living and they were so happy there. The food was very good.

Sterling Court looked very nice and people seemed to be very caring. I'm a person who likes to wear sweatshirts and Levi's, and I sometimes feel that in places like that, I maybe would need to dress up a little bit more. I don't know that I would, but I felt that way. They took us everywhere. The units that I would prefer to live in were all full on one side. I felt like they had a little more privacy. The apartments were very good. It was very clean. They had a swimming pool and a large gymnasium with a lot of equipment. The staff were very kind and very easy to get along with. I enjoyed the tour.

Sterling Court was nice, but there was a 2-year waiting list to get my mom to the bottom floor. The whole facility was very nice. The staff took me on the tour and she was nice. They said when you go for a tour, you get a free lunch, but I didn't get one. The studio room looked decent and nice. I saw the dining room and it looked nice. The food smelled nice. I saw their van out there, so I think they provide transportation for the residents.

We decided to move into Sterling Court. I liked the layout of the physical therapy rooms, the movie rooms, the ice cream parlor, and the kitchen dining room. Then we have a two bedroom with a den on the main floor, where we have a cat. So that allows us to let the cat out into the backyard. That's what we were looking for. They did a good job. The staff was very knowledgeable and personable.

We have found a place, Sterling Court, and we're filling out the paperwork now, but nothing is finalized. At this time, we're quite excited about this facility and we would like to pursue it. I would be happy to give it a positive recommendation. They were very courteous and it's a great facility. Right now, we are starting at independent living, I know it might change, but that's our starting point. The staff I met were very good. We have chosen them because they seemed highly rated on both Caring.com and the other sites I looked at. We also don't have a lot of choices for assisted living in my area, and they seemed to fit the bill, and visiting with them, I agree further.

Compared to the newer places, Sterling Court is basic. They had very nice apartments to live in, but it's not continuing care. They cannot provide people with IV drips and stuff. It's got a crafts room and a very small exercise pool, but it's more a nice place to live and the food is pretty good. The staff was nice and really helpful and they get the student nurses from the university. The facility is nice for what it is, but it isn't as fancy as the others. It's not because it's not taken care of; it doesn't have all the amenities that other places have. They have one-bedroom and studios. There's only a couple of two bedrooms. It's for people that want a smaller apartment. The kitchen is small, but you can cook a real meal in it. They have a nice dining room.

Sterling Court was fancy, gorgeous, and elegant. They had rooms where they had tables for games. It's in a very big open area, so you don't feel enclosed. They had an ice cream parlor and a salon. It's upbeat. Meals were included, and they had someone go by every morning to give the residents a bottle of water. They check on them every day. They have people come in to perform, play the piano, and sing, and they have socials there.

Sterling Court was really nice. They had an indoor swimming pool, exercise rooms, billiard rooms, and hobby rooms. The apartments were very nice and very clean. They had an elevator, and the parking was good. The chefs were preparing an outdoor barbecue that day, and the hamburgers were very good. The wait staff at the tables was fine.

I was very impressed with Sterling Court. They're a little fancier and well dressed. You can do laundry or they can do it for you, and they clean your room once a week. They're serving three meals a day plus a snack in the evening if you so desire. I had a very good lunch. I can make arrangements and take their shuttle van for appointments. The rooms were very roomy and would be spacious enough to live in. They were very well staffed.

We visited Sterling Court. I was very impressed with the woman who is in charge. She seems very knowledgeable, and she gave us some information that would help us whether we took up residence there or somewhere else. That was my biggest impression -- that she was very capable. The rooms were very nice. They were very roomy. We did eat at the luncheon area. It was very nice. There was a menu so you can pick what you wanted. Food was very good. It was very nicely done.

Sterling Court was amazing and beautiful. The tour guide was fabulous, and I could ask any questions I wanted. It was really great. The room was very nice. We looked at a three-bedroom, and the prices were very comparable to others. I was really happy with the price. It was really great, and with the things that were included automatically really impressed me. The dining area was beautiful, and they had a la carte, so you can pick and you don't have to eat what is there. They had activities all day and a little soda shop where you can get sodas and ice cream, a pool hall with poker tables, a movie theater room, a library room, a beauty shop, and live entertainment. It's amazing.

I thought that the staff was kind and that they cared about my grandpas well being. They always greeted us when we came and learned our names and greeted us by them. I liked that they would always knock before entering the room. The rooms were always clean and the sheets fresh. Sometimes we noticed that they hallway near the entrance smelled like garbage. We did tell staff, but the issue was never resloved. The meals were always fresh. The floors were always kept clean. The landscape was alwasy well maintained. There were times that we had a really hard time finding a parking space. We would have to park down the street and walk over. I noticed that staff parked in a lot of the parking spaces near the enterance. I like that they made thh facility feel like home. The way that they decorated the hallways was our favorite. When the time comes we would feel comfortable place my grandma here.
