Ovation Sienna Hills was a new place. I have some friends that live there. It's beautiful. There are a few villas, there is independent living that's a four-story building with apartments, and then there is the building for people that need more care. It feels like a resort and it's very nicely decorated. The apartments have full appliances for people that want to cook, but they also have several different eating facilities. I ate there and the food was very good. They've just opened in the last few months. There is a physical therapist on the property who's very good and has helped my friend. One of the things I liked about it is they have a real swimming pool, so you can swim laps. It's a nice, beautiful swimming facility. It's next to some residential areas, so you can go for a walk in a nice residential area. They have a library, and they have a room up on the roof with a deck. They have functions there and if you had a family function, you could grill food there. There is a tea room, a room with a pool table and card tables, and a theater. They have quite a few amenities.

Ovation Sienna Hills was like a city within itself. It was huge. I don't know how many acres it takes up, but they have sections of different buildings and the buildings all have their own cafeteria or restaurant style thing. They're brand new and I think they have everything down pat. Even the employees are brand new. Our experience with the staff was very good. They're overly friendly in a way. They were well schooled.

Ovation Sienna Hills was a new facility. It had many extracurricular activities. The room was very, very nice. It had a lot of windows. It was a corner room and had a deck that went all the way around the building that was available to look out. It's very nice. The staff who gave the tour was very good. He knew his stuff. The building was very nice. There's a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. They had a patio and a balcony, too.

Kolter was the advisor who gave me a tour of Ovation. He was friendly and knew the names of staff as well as clients as we toured. He made time, and had the patience, to answer all my questions, meet with me again and show me both the Villas as well as the Independent living areas. Because of Kolter's knowledge of the services that are available as well as his enthusiasm and friendliness, I have decided that Ovation will be the place for me, when the time is right.

Primarily looked at the Villas (with 1-car garage) and patio. May only be for 'independent living', not 'assisted. Unsure. Spacious 2br/2ba units, 1-car garage, small patio (?). Full-size kitchen appliances suitable for a cook. Good transition for those moving from SFR residency. Monthly rental seems appropriate/good for the value.

I love the location of Ovation Sienna Hills. It's new and it's beautiful. The amenities are wonderful. It offered me every opportunity that I was looking for. I was quite impressed with the facility. They have just about everything that you could think of like an excellent dining room, a cocktail lounge, physical therapy, a beautiful gymnasium, a gorgeous swimming pool, a movie theater, hygiene facilities, and a barbershop. They have everything that I could be interested in. In other words, it's a complete community and I would think anyone would be very happy living there. The staff members are very knowledgeable about the facility. They took the time to explain everything that they offered and then they took the time to show everything they offered to me. On top of that, they were very gracious in hosting a meal for me. I was treated very well.

Pretty place but care lacking with employee and management turnover constant. Many friends have taken their loved ones out and I was unimpressed with hard sell

I like the Ovation Sienna Hills because it's a newer facility. Hector, the guy that I guess is in charge of moving people around is really nice and easy to work with. He tries to do everything he can to make you comfortable and make the arrangements so that you're moving as easy as possible. I have tried the food, and I rate that a three. It's bland and tasteless, there's no seasoning. It's a huge place, so you have to plan ahead when you're trying to walk from here to there. But everybody seems very nice there and willing to help you out if you need it. So, that's good. They have a salon, a rehab place, and all that kind of stuff. They have a movie theater type of place.

We will be moving into a 2 bedroom apartment next week. We visited the facility for several days and loved it. Hector is great. We saw everything, met people that have lived there since it opened. Employees are friendly and we got to know them. Food is fantastic. One of the chefs deliver our food personally. We couldn't ask for a better place for us. Rooms are spacious and habe more amenities than we expected. Looking forward to exercise classes and swimming pool.

Ovation Sienna Hills seemed clean and had more staff around. I toured the memory care side and the person that took me there was the salesman. He was very friendly and nice. They were having a group activity that was going on at the time and they seemed to have everybody joining in. They have a courtyard and salon, too. The facility looked nice and there was no smell.

I liked the rooms and the elevators at Ovation Sienna Hills. You could get to anywhere real quick. It was very good. They had a pool, an exercise room, and places where we could bring our grandchildren if they come and visit us there. The gentleman that toured us answered our questions. He was simple and concise, and we understood him. The facilities seemed to be easy to get to and easy to use. I enjoyed it. It's not perfect but it's nice.

I have chosen Ovation Sienna Hills for my wife. What stood out is the quality of the staff, the quality of the facility itself, and the financial incentives to help me make the move. My wife will be staying in a studio apartment. I was told that they would have many activities in the facility. They have outings, too. The menu looks like it has a variety of food, and it looks healthy.

We went to Ovation Sienna Hills. They're just as good as the place we've chosen, but they're newer and a little more expensive. They have balconies. We saw the assisted living, and then they had some cottages which were very nice, but very expensive. They had refrigerators and microwaves. They allow pets. They have more of a restaurant-type dining area.

Ovation Sienna Hills was wonderful. I showed up early and they were ready to give me the tour. They took the time to sit down with me at length over the needs that we require for my mom. After that, they took me around the whole facility from top to bottom in the main building that she would be in. They showed me almost every area of it. The facility was beautiful and super clean. It was like the Marriott hotel. The rooms were magnificent. I ran into other staff members and they were extremely friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They just had a very excited and very solid staff.

I loved everything about Ovation Sienna Hills. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. It's brand new, so everything looks really nice. We looked at some one-bedroom ones and a two-bedroom, which was a little bigger than the house that I'm living in. It was nice and roomy with a full kitchen. The grounds were wide open, so it had a very open and free feeling to it. We've eaten there two or three different times, and the food was good. They have three different restaurants. One was kind of a snack bar (which was good), and then they have one restaurant that's open to the public. It's a more upscale type of restaurant. They serve stuff that's more like elite types of food.

Ovation Sienna Hills was excellent. It's a beautiful place. The people were super friendly. It was just too expensive for me. I can't afford $4,500 a month; $3,500 a month is as high as I can go. They came out here and got me and took me there because I walk with a walker, and I don't drive. The lady, her name was Sheila, she was extremely nice. She even offered the first month, and most of them charge two months in advance. She then offered me the first month off if I could move in there, but I just can't afford $4,500 a month. The staff were all super nice to me. There are many activities. They go on tours and have all kinds of game nights. Bingo night is Thursday nights. Every time you win at bingo, you get a chip, and you can use those chips for the beauty shop, barbershop, or manicure/pedicure, things like laundry, and all that stuff there. They have all kinds of activities. They go on walks; just about everything you would want. She offered me dinner, but I did not stay for dinner, because I needed to get back home. If you have a guest that comes in to visit you, they get to go to lunch or dinner with you for free. You can have an overnight guest to stay with you, and then you can take them to breakfast for free. Their apartments are beautiful. It is worth the money. It's just out of my budget, and I've got to stay within $3,500.

I visited Ovation Sienna Hills. Other than being in Utah, it was the most spectacular place I've ever seen. Everything was open and airy, and I liked the rooms. They had a pottery wheel and an indoor swimming pool. There was a lot I really liked. The only thing is it was in Utah, which I don't mind being in Utah, but in the future, we're seeing more and more fires and more drought and everything. That's why we're moving out of the southwest. There was nothing that wasn't a level five. The staff, everybody, they just were absolutely perfect. The restaurant that we ate at was perfect. It just really impressed me. My husband was not so happy with the library. He was very disappointed. We have more books in our personal library than it did. Books are important to us, a library or a library outside the facility that there's transportation to, but most of the things were a five plus. They had a very good pool table. The whole feel of it was sort of like a den or something. It was very tastefully done. It was so spectacular. The foyer and everything, the high ceilings, and it was just beautifully decked out with lighting. It was superb. That will give you an idea of what really makes my heart go flutter. It had the beautiful indoor pool, and the jacuzzis outside, but it's in Southern Utah, so it can be used basically year round. It had barbecue areas and just a lot of outside areas for community affairs.
