Rosecrest Manor is a beautiful retirement home. Is is very architecturally and aesthetically pleasing as well as roomy. It is a 2 floored house with what I believe to have 9 rooms on each. It originally belonged to a family that resided in St.George. It has since then been bought and renovated for disabled peoples. Its is handicap accessible it has ramps and a chair that takes you up and down the stairs. They provide home cooked meals all day no frozen foods (a lot of good recipes). There is also a pool located at the rear of the house it is an indoor pool so if your nurse allows you can swim even if the weather isn't quite suitable. There will always be a nurse present they take turns spending the night at the house so you know you will always be properly taken care of. They have recently opened a new location by Dixie High School to further serve the community. I would highly recommend this home to anyone needing assisted living especially the people that are adamant not to go they treat you with respect and respect you independence. I give this place 4 stars out of 5

While volunteering with Rose Crest Manor, I found that not only were the residents very happy with their living conditions, but they were in love with the way that Rose Crest had come together as a sort of family. The owners of the facility were also the workers. They cooked home-made meals three times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and made sure that the meals fit the dietary and personal needs of each resident. At dinner, they all sat around the large dining room table so as to talk about their day, their interests, and upcoming events. While Rose Crest is a two story building, it is more than accommodating to those with limited mobility. The stairs include a lift that residents may sit in to go up or down the stairs. It was nice to see that they could be so happy with their current situation and that all of the residents, no matter their reason for staying, were treating with respect and care.
