The facility is extremely clean but is an older building. The staff was masked, business like and extremely friendly from our entry to exit. We viewed the maintenance doing a routine repair. A large group from CVS was there giving Covid shots. The clients were coming and going in the halls with staff members. Normally many residents come and go, but there are covid rules in place now. The staff is providing activities and special games for entertainment. One resident told us about the good food she had. We witnessed staff in motion helping and directing the entire time we were there.

My mom was at Hilltop Park. She had her own room, which she preferred. She liked it. The staff was good. Everybody that I met seemed sincere in trying to help her. She didn't have any major complaints about the staff. She is a person who is pretty picky, but she liked the staff. They brought her meals, she ate the food, and she didn't complain about it. Overall, it was pretty good. The facility was older and it kinda showed, but it was clean. Medicare was paying it for me, but we got what we paid for.
