We have chosen West Fork at Weatherford for my parents. The facility was lovely. The person we met with who went over the building, the facility, the structure, and the price was knowledgeable and friendly. We also chose it because of its location to where I live and also because of its livability. The place is new. The one-bedroom is not a very big living space for two people, but it is nice. The layout of the facility had all the stuff in a centrally located position. So the dining room, the programs, the gym, and the movie room were kind of in the center, and then off of it came the apartments. The sales staff was knowledgeable and delightful. She didn't rush us at the time.

The West Fork at Weatherford was extremely nice and very welcoming as we went in. We looked at the assisted living care area. The food menu looked like it had a lot to offer. The lady who showed us around said that she even ate there herself. The places were clean. We didn't get to go into an apartment there, but we did see the floor plans, and they looked nice. They have lots of activities. They had a nice movie room and an outdoor courtyard.

We toured West Fork at Weatherford. I liked everything except for the cost. Everything was very nice there, I was actually impressed with the way they treated the clientele there. I liked that they seemed very organized, and they help the patients or clients in a manner that would suit me. It's very clean. They also have memory care, which my mom will probably need later. One of the things I liked was the fact that they didn't just throw them into memory care. They did an evaluation if they could fit into assisted care and got along with the other clientele, and as her memory started going further away, then they would re-evaluate her every now and then and put her in memory care, but only when she needed to go. It's a pretty, brand-new place.

We went to West Fork at Weatherford. Mom liked it the best. She's low vision, and it was bright. She liked the space. The room seemed to be a little bit bigger. The staff was very nice, very good, very patient with us, and answered all our questions. They were having hot chocolate because it was National Hot Chocolate Day.

My brother is in West Fork at Weatherford. The most I liked was the restaurant and they can eat when they want to and they get to pick what they want to eat. It is not a certain menu that they have to stick to and eat what's there. The staff is very nice and friendly. He said the food is OK. He's not attending the activities, but they have them. They have movies and dominos. They have three courtyards. The rooms are very nice and large and they have a microwave in there.

West Fork at Weatherford was clean and everybody seemed to treat us real nice. I think the meals were going to be like in a restaurant where they brought the food out to them and waited on them, and so I liked that part. They had a courtyard in one of the suites and my dad's dog could go out right out the door there. That was a plus. There's plenty of activities and it's a newer facility. Then there's a game room, a library, and a TV room with recliners. I liked that too.

I like West Fork at Weatherford because of the location, the friendliness of the staff, and the fact that the memory care center was open. Because of the freeze damage that Texas had, the other memory care centers in the area were not open at the time. They're very clean, the staff was very engaging and friendly, and the residents all looked well-cared for. The food was very good too. They have all the amenities, everything is in place that other memory care facilities have.

Our second option would probably be West Fork at Weatherford. We like it, and we like the care that they seemed to provide. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, but they were very welcoming. The place was very clean and new. It was in a good location. It was tucked away off of the main road, and it seemed to be quiet there.

West Fork at Weatherford was very nice. The dining room was very nice. I didn't really get to meet anyone other than the front desk people and the admitting person, and they're very informative and very helpful. The facility was very, very clean, very open and had lots of light. I really appreciated the fact that it was so open, so light and decorated so beautifully.
