"I have lived here for over 10 years. I enjoy living here. The apartments are very nice. All have balconies and apartments have an entrance from an inside hall so security is a top priority. The management have always been extremely helpful. Maintenance request are fulfilled very quickly. There are always many activities to keep you active. Swimming pool, exercise room, craft room, Pool table, Hair salon, large meet and greet room with kitchen. I would recommend anyone over 55 years old to check this place out." Thank you

I've been living here over a year now and it's very safe. The staff is very caring and helpful. The couple times I've had a maintenance problem it was taken care of in a professional manner. The negative reviews are harsh and I find them hard to believe.

I am staying at Home Towne. It is professionally run, and it has a good resident base. There is always a number of activities including birthday bashes as they call them to celebrate people's birthdays and special events like the holidays. They have picnics. They have a covered gazebo where they barbeque, and everybody is welcome to come. They emphasize on the social aspect of it. It is an excellent place, and I enjoy it very much. It is a good facility to able to live independently on your own. The facilities are nice and maintained.
