I'm in Mera Vintage Park now. It's a wonderful place, they've got a lot of amenities and activities for the seniors So far, I've enjoyed all the stuff that's going on and the apartments are a good size. The staff here is wonderful, they are phenomenal. They helped me with the whole process, within a few hours, I was able to be approved and everything was taken care of. They did everything on site for me. They don't serve food, it's just independent housing with no food service or care. There are a lot of activities, I just came back from yoga class. The apartment I'm living in is brand-new. There's a little bit of an issue with the sound, the sound is not the greatest. You can hear your neighbors and stuff since it's an apartment. Everything's expensive right now in terms of value for the money; it's a little high. It's a nice place, the area is nice and it's what I'm looking for and checks all the boxes.

We chose Mera Vintage Park. It's fabulous. We were really drawn to it. We like the bocce ball court, swimming pool, and pickleball. It appears that there are activities going on there. People like us are still fairly active. The dog park, that was important to us, they have an exercise room, a basketball court, outdoor grills, several seating areas that would be nice to get out and about, and that backs up to a preserve. And we were very excited walking into that preserve. We dealt with Jasmine, the sales staff. We're moving there.

I will be moving into Mera Vintage Park this month. The thing I liked most about it is the light, bright, and cheerful atmosphere. The apartments are well laid out. The floor plans are all wonderful. Another thing that's big in my estimation is the fact that they have an actual garage for your car within the perimeter of the property. The apartment has a large closet space and well thought-out floor plan. The flow is good. They have a washer/dryer side by side in the apartment, it's not down the hall. There are a lot of amenities in the building that were missing in other places. The staff who assisted me with the tour was fantastic. She's a very personable and lovely young woman. I didn't have a question she couldn't answer right off the top of her head. She was just wonderful. They do not have a dining area, and that's another thing I liked about it. You're right in the middle of Vintage Park, and there's any kind of restaurant known to man within walking distance. The pool in the courtyard is wonderful. They've got a pickleball court, a pool table, a ping pong table, card tables, and a movie theater with very comfortable seats. They also have a simulator where you play golf or basketball with a big screen.

The tour I had at Mera Vintage Park was very good. The staff was excellent. The one-bedroom was just smaller than what I wanted, but the community was lovely.

Mera Vintage Park had excellent reviews. It's an active community though I've seen a person in a wheelchair. They may have people that need some type of assistance, but I didn't see many individuals when we toured. It was incredible. It's a new property and they have so many amenities. They have cardio rooms, regular workout gym rooms, libraries, and beautiful pools. Everything was just awesome. The staff was very efficient, very professional, and very thorough in showing us everything that the property offered. They had a kitchen and coffee bars and all kinds of little things like that there. We came in the morning, so there weren't a lot of people moving around. Perhaps they had already moved around before we got there. The property has onsite storage units, which was awesome. It had a large room where you could get coffee and they have wine and all kinds of stuff. It's just over the top. Whatever your desires, it's there. It was awesome. It's extraordinary.
