This is a very beautiful community located in a desirable neighborhood. The office staff seemed nice and pleasant. The community had very nice modern apartments, it had a big clubhouse, a game room, a fitness center and a computer lab for the residents. Also, they had a very large community pool with pretty fountains. All the hallways were in doors in nice lighted. The community was also gated and nicely landscaped. This is a top consideration for my elderly mom.

Absolutely the worst place. They advertise fines and community rooms that are only open during business hours, closed on weekends. Horrible management. Elevators are always broken. It took 8 months for them to replace my microwave, stating it’s on back order, but that’s always the excuse. Don’t waste your money here

Sunningdale Apartments is an independent living facility and so they don't serve lunch or dinner. The rooms are spacious. The staff told me that I made less than what I need. They wanted to put me on the first floor in which I want to live on the second floor and so I told them that I was not interested anymore. I would not recommend this facility because they didn't take any consideration. They gave away the apartment before I could correct the mistake and I don't think that's fair.
