My father was here for rehabilitation services. The staff didn’t respond to the call light timely and were inattentive to the clients/patients especially at night because they were all glued to their phones. I was advised the doors were locked at 8pm and I would need to ring the bell for entrance. On several occasions well after 8pm I pulled the door open and walked right in, no problems and no questions. The room was not cleaned regularly, and let’s just say the rehabilitation didn’t occur. My dad was in worse condition when he was discharged than when he was admitted. The poor communication amongst the staff made it hard to even get him discharged. The service here was beyond poor and if I had to do it again with a dog off the street and I would never choose this place.
