My father is currently at Signature Pointe. Everything has been fine from what I understand. He says that the meals are fine. We are moving him over to assisted living, so they don't provide that much. It's just meals. They haven't messed up the meals, so I think it's good. We're good there. The physical facility is good. It's in an area that has a lot of resources around it as far as restaurants and grocery and stuff like that. You can easily access the rest of the city from that location. It's a good location. Everything looks nice. It's well maintained and manicured and whatnot. The staff is not bad, but they're not receptive to returning phone calls. The sales staff is not that great. The actual caring staff is good. The ones interacting with the residents, those folks are nice. The sales staff is not that great, though, as far as being receptive to call back and that kind of thing. There are activities available, but the coordinator is not heavily pushing that stuff in my father's wing. My father is not interacting with any of that stuff, although there are a lot of residents there who do take part in activities. My father uses the onsite haircut, and he eats there, but besides that, he's not social at all with the folks that are there.

I love Signature Pointe. They had independent living, assisted living, and memory care. I liked the atmosphere. I liked the friendliness and the cleanliness. However, their rooms for assisted living were too small. The staff was wonderful and warm. It's very clean. The dining area was very good. I felt welcome.

if you have a loved one in need of skilled nursing assistance AVOID THIS PLACE on june 24 i took my mother in and today jube 26 im taking her out to another facility this is what happened she has a fractured hip and requires assistance in getting to the bathroom she rang for a nurse and it took 45 minutes for one to respond this is after she had to lay in a wet bed for 30 minutes i called the front desk to complain and was told " ha 45 minutes thats a good response time for us" the following morning she needed a bowel movement and again rang for a nurse it tool one hour for a response so for about 30 minutes she had to lay in her filth the DON told me the next morning that it should not have happened but it could have been that the NURSES were passing out food trays when did nurses become servers? thank god she will be at another place today, There has to be a govt agency that regulates this industry this i can complain to

I toured Signature Pointe. They have very nice and courteous employees there. The people that live there are very nice and friendly. The whole environment looked very clean and very nice. The apartments were nice and clean. They had a lot of space. They always had something going on which was good. I enjoyed that. They have a nice lake outside. You can see the ducks and all that, so it's very, very nice.

We went to tour Signature Pointe. I was impressed because they had multiple floor plans and different sizes for the apartments. So, that was probably the biggest thing that set it off from the other. They had a library, a craft room, and different clubs to get together. The staff was very thorough and gave us all kinds of information that was helpful. We were there on a Thursday, and they were having an activity on Monday. So, she invited us to come back for lunch on Monday, which we did, and the food was very good.

I toured Signature Pointe. It was a very positive experience. It's a place that I think I would be very comfortable living in. However, it's a little farther north than I want to be. That has no reflection on the facility itself, it's just that I don't care for the location. Well, it's clean and well laid out. They have lots of amenities. The rooms are nice. The staff who gave me a tour was excellent. She's a young lady named Megan. She showed me everything around the facilities and told me about the amenities. She answered all the questions I had. She made me feel very welcome. People were dining at the time I was there. It looked very pleasant. People seemed to enjoy each other's company. It just looked like a very nice restaurant.

My mom has moved into Signature Pointe. So far, we are very pleased with the place. She's getting great respiratory therapy, great swallow therapy, and great physical therapy. However, the parking is a little bit challenging but other than that, I like everything else about it. It's a nice facility. All the employees are nice and accommodating. It's clean and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The respiratory therapist seems genuinely concerned about my mother and takes time to talk to her and chat her up. I know he's interested in her well-being, but he shows it. It is the same way with the swallow therapy and the physical therapy, too. They just all take the time to make her feel like everything they're doing is in her best interest, which it is and let her know that. They have worship services. They've got a singer that comes in a couple of times a week. It's kind of a karaoke-type situation and any of the residents that want to can go down there for probably 45 minutes and hear this man or woman sing for them, and they seem to like that very much.

My brother moved into Signature Pointe. It is a huge place and the rooms are clean. The administration and the nursing people are very nice. They have nice dining areas, a courtyard, community rooms, mailbox areas, and a controlled entrance. They invite people in, they play bingo, and they have somebody who's playing the piano.

Signature Pointe was great. Unfortunately, my mom was only there a little bit before she died, but they took very good care of her. The staff was excellent, very caring, and loving. The food was pretty good, too. They had activities and there seemed to be a lot of people in it. The staff always had masks on, but the residents didn't have to, which I was glad to see, because that would be difficult for the seniors to wear. I was just very impressed by them.

We liked the amenities that Signature Pointe offered. It gave us a wide choice of cooking facilities (a small kitchen), a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer hookups (rather than having to go to a community laundromat). The surroundings were amenable and very peaceful. Even if it's in the big city, it's in a wooded area with a pond. It just felt really nice, and it felt like we were going back home. Karen was the one who toured us around. She was very friendly, answered all the questions, and did not push to make a decision for us.

I visited Signature Pointe, it has severe parking problems. It's older than the other place I toured, but it's still pretty nice and their facilities are first-rate. If you don't pay for parking a parking space or covered parking, you end up parking on the street. I don't think that's acceptable. I think it's a very nice facility and they've got everything you'd want there. It's older but it's clean, and it's maintained. Where I am, the rent pays for the TV, but at Signature, you pay for that extra, that's one thing I didn't like. The room rate is a little less than where I am, but if you add the TV, it comes out to be break-even. The rooms are nice, they're clean and I could get more square feet there than I have where I am, for the same price. The thing about having to pay for the TV would be a real negative for me because I have it here. The staff that gave the tour was friendly, and in that respect, was fine. The layout and structure are fine, and the location is good and convenient to everything around it based on my need.

My father went to Signature Pointe. I didn't get to go there and visit, but they did an excellent job. He went there for rehab from the hospital. They were very caring, very organized, very knowledgeable, and very helpful to get him situated. His nurse was the best. Her communication skills were excellent. She would call me personally and give me updates, and she would contact his doctors. If we had any questions, she was really good about getting with the doctors right away and getting back to us, getting him his medications, and helping him with anything he needed help with. For that, I'm just truly grateful. The facilities were very nice, clean, and orderly.

Signature Pointe was a very, very clean, very peaceful, and very quiet place. I didn't meet any of the residents, but they had a lovely garden area and nice amenities. The person who toured us was very nice too. However, some of the ceilings on the middle floors were only eight feet tall and it kind of made me feel closed in, but the apartments are very nice.

Signature Pointe has what I would call semi-apartments or efficiency apartments, with a bedroom, a small suite, a closet, a bath, and very little space. The staff was pretty friendly. From the hallways, it just gave you a little bit of a hospital look. They also have a dining room, a recreational area, and patio gardens where the residents can go.

We went to Signature Pointe. It was really nice, the staff was super friendly, we were able to walk all the way through it, we saw two or three different apartments, so we got a really nice feel for the community. The staff was just very helpful and very enthusiastic. It's not as new, it was remodelled, very tasteful, pretty, it felt homey, and small. There's a lot of pluses to a smaller place.

My mom was at Signature Pointe for two months recovering from covid and a shoulder injury. She received exceptional care from nursing, social work, and physical and cognitive therapy staff. Thanks to their help and encouragement she was able to move to another state into assisted living. Our family is grateful for her progress!

I wish I good down grade my one star to none. Worst facility. My mother was a resident with a diabetic ulcer on her foot. Ended up with gangrene on both feet. Heals are both eroded with bone showing dripping green fluid. They said a Dr would call when I asked about it. Never happened. She wound up I the hospital with a UTI from failing to bathe her. Social worker called to tell me everything was the same she had no idea my mother had been moved to the hospital. This has been a total disservice to my mother. But they certainly billed the hell out of all her insurance. Never spoke with any medical staff other than a nurse two times. Whole facility is a joke and should be shut down.

My mother is at Signature Pointe. The price is OK and the place is OK, but there's poor communication. Up to this day, not one time have they called me about her. They also lie. When I call they transfer me from one floor to the other, and I was on hold for almost 30 minutes one day. Her room is fine. Everything is fine. It's just poor communication on the staff's part. They don't like talking to you. The food they bring out to her is good, but they don't readily take care of her when she uses the bathroom. Her room is small, but it accommodates her needs. They maintain the facility well. The price is just a little high. She's in the memory care on the second floor, which I like because she can't go anywhere. They have elevators, and you have to have the code to get down.

Signature Pointe was a very nice facility, but we were not impressed with the area. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Preston Road is a very busy road, and we didn't like the traffic and the business of the area. They had assisted living and independent living in the same facility, and it's a matter of what floor you're on. We just didn't feel quite as comfortable there as we did at the other places. You can age in place there, and the location was very accessible to shopping or entertainment. The lunch we had was fine, and the dining area was clean and modest like a restaurant.

My wife moved into Signature Pointe. It looks good and big. They have assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. The staff is very attentive. There are times they don't respond as quickly as I would like them to, but they've got a lot of patients. In general, they respond very well. The dining areas are clean and very open. The food is pretty basic. They play games and have sing-alongs.

My mother-in-law is at Signature Pointe. I liked it, thought it was clean and neat, and there weren’t any people sitting out in the lobby in wheelchairs or anything like that. It was recommended to us. I like her room because it has a big window, a nice TV, and the accommodations are as nice as you can get in a hospital setting. The ratio of nurses to people is not that good.

My mom was sent their post hospital stay. The staff was attentive and friendly. She chose to move to another level of care and has made it her home. Staff is caring and responsive. After looking at many care facilities I am thankful she is well cared for and engages with others. No one sets out for the facilities needed for aged care without the thought that this too can be my future. Signature Pointe made this necessary transition fairly painless and staff from director to maintenance are considerate and responsive!

My mother is in Signature Pointe on the Lake. I like that it is clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, but mostly, my mother is happy there. The room that she has is approximately a 500-square foot one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, and it has a place for a washer & dryer. The food can be better. I think my mom eats just breakfast there before she goes to the grocery stores and fixes her meal. They have lots of activities, and I know they have vans that run to different places. In house, they have a lot of social events. The only issue is the food, but the location is very good. It is right by a grocery store, and the staff is very attentive.

We opted for Signature Pointe on the Lake because it was convenient for us and they had all levels of services in the community. They had nursing care, independent living, and assisted living, and that was what we looked for. My parents were in the nursing home, but it was not like your typical nursing home. It's where they went for rehab, and then they moved to the next level. All the residents were there together, whether they were assisted living or independent living. The place was like a hotel; it was above average. The staff were very nice, and we were satisfied with them. They had new carpet put in before my parents moved in. There was furniture in the room, like dressers and end tables. But they could also bring their own if they wanted to. The food seemed pretty good, and they liked it. My parents liked the church services, the singing groups, games, and activities.

Signature Pointe was three miles from my house, so it was really close to me. It’s a nice place. My friend broke his hip and went into the rehab facility before he moved into their secure ward. They’re very nice. I really like the staff. Their whole second floor is for the Alzheimer’s patients. They’re very specialized when it comes to the memory care unit.

My mother fell and injured her head. She and I were told that this place was the best to recover. The staff is disorganized, hurried and appears to be disgruntled. I noticed pieces of toilet paper on the floor along with a toothpick. I took a pic of this and the next 3days they never were cleaned up. I wrote my initials on the label on the bed sheet and the sheets had not been removed for 3days. Then I was called and told my mom was "ok", they woke my mom at 4am to start a "line". Not knowing what a "line" was, I asked "why would you need to administer any of her medicines into her veins, she only takes two pills! The nurse was starting to give my mom SOMEONE ELSE'S medicine into a "line" in her hand!!!!

Signature Pointe was very nice... and it had an awesome view of the park as well. Guests here were very independent, and were able to go walking on their own when they wanted to through the park. If they asked for someone to go with them, it could be arranged as well. That, I like. Freedom with the option of assistance... If I were a client of an elderly caregiving facility, this is what I would like. This is nothing like the stereotypical nursing home facility... this is a more like an apartment for the elderly, where the apartment manager is on call for you 24/7. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the Dallas area looking for assistance for their elderly family member.

My stepdad's mother lived at this facility for a period of time. The facility was nice. The grounds were well kept. I did not have much interaction with the staff - the facility seemed to be geared towards residents that were mostly capable of somewhat independent living. Her room was nice - I would describe it as a studio apartment - a one bedroom with a small kitchen and a bathroom. Our family personally did not have any bad experiences with this facility. However, she ultimately needed a different type of care in a different environment. The only one thing that I would mention that was a little bit worrisome - one time when we went to visit, there were family members outside picketing/demonstrating with signs claiming that the facility was negligent in the care of their relative. I did not have any details regarding the particulars of their situation. However, it was still disconcerting to see.
