My mother-in-law has moved into Rowlett Health and Rehabilitation Center. They're good, and the nurses seem attentive to her when she needs something. Everything else seems fine, clean, and organized. They're friendly people. Her room is adequately spaced, but we're a big family, so we didn't all fit in there when we visited. It looks well lit. We're content with the care she's been receiving. They communicate very well with us.

My mother is currently receiving rehab here. We have been very pleased. The staff is caring and compassionate. A special thanks to Peace and Henry on the nursing staff. I would recommend this facility.

I like Rowlett Health And Rehab. The staff is friendly. The grounds are nice, clean, and they're able to provide a lockdown for my mom. My mom is in a double room with a roommate, but it's nice, clean, and furnished. They have Bingo, cards, and a TV. I would recommend them.

I feel as though the staff were kind and friendly. The facilities themselves were adequate, but the one thing I did not like was the food that was offered to the residents. It was often either bland or salty, or sometimes, worse. There were plenty of activities that were available to the residents, but the staff needed to be more pro-active about getting the word out that there were activities available, especially to new residents. A calendar was distributed monthly to all of the residents, but the calendar was often inaccurate at times. I liked the front sitting room areas, but the rooms themselves are pretty small.
