My wife was a resident at Faith for a 6+ years and was in hospice care for some time. My wife was also at another Faith facility. My wife 'passed' in Janurary 2023. The staff was always attentive to my wife's needs as she would not do anything herself. About two years ago my wife's family came to visit with her for a week or so. They were absolutely amazed at the facility , how fresh and clean it was kept and the care provided. One of my friends back in Minnesota had his wife stricken with an ailment that has the prognosis like of ALS. I told him to consider an option to send his wife to Faith least his assets be depleated to nothing in a short time.

My mom is at Faith Personal Care Home Assisted Living down at Mulben Court in Richmond. So far, it's been pretty good. It's better than where she was. The facility is very nice, modern, and clean. The staff is excellent. It's probably a little bit too much cold food; she prefers hot and big meals. The dining area is large, spacious, and real nice. They are limited on activities right now due to COVID. It's a major improvement because we are able to visit her, but I think once COVID is over it'll be the best place for her right now.

This is place is terrible, there are zero activities unless watching TV is an activity. The food consists mainly of sandwiches. My mom was a resident for about 6 months and was hospitalized too many times because of the lack of care she was getting. She became non-responsive because she was severely dehydrated and was hospitalized for about 12 days, that was the last straw, I found a much better and more professional place for my mom. She seems much happier now

We did not like Faith Personal Care Home #1 for my friend because it had small rooms. Also, all the people were sitting at the table eating lunch when we got there, and no one was talking to each other. The only person working there didn't speak very good English. She had us sit down at a table and wait for a lady who was in another city somewhere. She walked us through, and there's just one living room with chairs that don't match where everybody sits and stares at the TV. It didn't look like a very good living atmosphere and there wasn't really enough room for someone in a wheelchair to get around. They didn't tell us anything because the lady didn't speak English, so we just left.

I have personally visited the facility and is home away from home. Their customers service is top notch and the environment is very conducive. I will recommend it to any one who wants their loves one to stay at assisted living.

A relative of a friend is living at the Faith Personal Home care for quiet a time and during our last visit to the facility, i met some of the dedicated and smart employees at the facility. The place was just too fit and accommodating for Seniors, the place was clean with so much ease for the residents to get around. The Staff were so charming and caring and one point I thought it was a hospital. Also i think the area is so such a good location for those kind of business. I will recommend anyone to enroll anyone at this facility.

My family and I would like to thank you and your staff for the service your agency provided for the care of our mom. Faith personal home care has provided my client with exemplary home care services for more than 5 years. Your personal service, and your staff have at all times been outstanding. Actually, those words don't go far enough.. In our very unique case, your caregivers provided my client with incredible love and support that have no doubt prolonged her life. I would like to give special thanks to the caregivers that worked on a long-term basis caring for her needs and giving her extra love and attention. Thanks for being there for us. .

My mother has been at Faith Personal Care Home the last 3 years. Debo and the staff are incredibly supportive, attentive, and loving toward my Mother. I could not have asked for a better home for my Mother. I would highly encourage anyone looking for the best care for their loved one to check out Faith Personal Care Home. I love them for the attention and time they put into my mom everyday. You truly will not be disappointed!

Just two weeks ago, we moved mom to Faith Personal Home Care. They provide 24-hour supervision assisting care 365 days, with two caregivers during both shifts, day and night. It's a very good location. We are very happy with the neighborhood that it's located at, and it's a safe neighborhood. Every time we've gone, it's clean and sanitized. The caregivers are very friendly. It's a residential home. It is very small, and I'm not very happy about that, but we we're willing to compromise the size of the property for the care. Mom seems to be eating well. I have not heard any complaints from her. They don't have any activities, and they don't have an activity coordinator. That's something that I will prefer that they will act on.

My mother in law was diagnosed with advanced dementia, she needed 24 hour care. I cannot ever express the gratitude I have for Debo, she has been such a blessing to our family. I am in the medical profession for 20+ years. I am very impressed with the care Debo and her staff show my mother in law. Its always clean, my mother in law is always clean, finding a place that takes good care of your loved one is not an easy task but I have found it. my mother in law is very happy there.

My loved one stayed here briefly for a respite stay, and I thought they did a great job! Everyone was very friendly, and the facility itself is pleasant and clean. It's a wonderful place, and was one of the options we considered when we were looking for a full time residence for her!

Both my mother & father have been residents at the Waterside facility for almost 4 years. Ms. Jokodola accommodated our family when my dad broke his hip and provided a room where they could both be together. That was always their wish. As a family we have made their room as much like home as we possibly can. The staff takes extra care to assist with my mother's Alzheimers condition, as she is often not cooperative. It means so much to me that I know they are cared for. In addition Ms. Jokodala has extended her telephone contact to contact her personally if I have any issues at all. This means a lot that she would extend herself beyond her staff and make herself available anytime day or night.

All care plans are delivered to suit the needs of the individual, while being offered alongside a programme of activities and within a pleasant social atmosphere. I love how residents are welcome to personalise their surroundings and respect for privacy and dignity is central to the home's care philosophy.

My mother has been staying here for the past 5 years, and I couldn't be more happy with the service, love, and care she is receiving. When we just came to the facility my mother was severely under weight, and noncompliant with her medications due to her alzheimer's. The people at Faith's Personal Care Home got her to a healthy weight, doing daily social activities, and successively managed her disease state. I truley feel blessed to have my mother cared for by these wonderful people, and I would highly recommend this facility.

Patents frequently escape from this facility by breaking out of windows. They walk down the street screaming for help. A patient recently escaped out the front door and fell in the driveway. I entered the house to look for help and could not find a caretaker. I called 911 and waited for them to arrive. The caretaker eventually came outside and proceeded to move the patient even though 911 had specifically instructed me not to move her.
