I moved into The Savannah at Gateway. They offer a lot of amenities. They have a beauty salon and a shuttle that takes you out to go to different stores. They have a food truck that comes out on Tuesdays for the community. We have special events. So overall, it's a pretty good place. The staff members that I have met are very courteous, very nice, and helpful, and they look out for your interests. There is no dining area. I have a one-bedroom apartment, and my kitchen is large enough for me. You can get a walk-in shower, and it is handicap equipped. The living area is large enough. You have your own private balcony. They have elevators. They have shopping and outings like barbecue picnics. The fitness area could be a little bigger. There were two bikes and two treadmills, but it was kind of cramped.

I would like to say our that Mr. Kevin of maintenance is very good with the residents of this complex he's very kind when he enters and always polite, would also like to add that the staff in the office are always courteous and patient. if would like to move in just know that you will be taken care of with the staff in the office now and the head of maintenance.

The Savannah at Gateway is my number one spot so far. I like the location as it's right across the street from the hospital. They have a van that takes you to Wal-Mart and takes you shopping. The price is good and you pay according to your income. They have balconies with outlets on them. They have covered parking and a community garden, which is kind of small, but they've got one. I believe they have some activities too. The apartments themselves were okay. They're modern and nice apartments. I already live over in that area, in a regular building. I don't remember the actual activities but I know they have a swimming pool and some swimming pool parties. They don't serve any food. I like the location because I'm already in the area. It's close to my job too, it's practical across the street. It's close to the hospital. The rent you pay will be according to your income. I still work, so I will be paying market rent but I'm thinking that if something happens to my income, I will pay less. When I asked her how much the rent was, she asked me how much I earn, looked at a chart on her desk, and told me the rent.
