Loved it. I continued with outpatient therapy after my Discharge. Absolutely good place to be mostly if you have complex medical needs. I absolutely loved the staff and enjoyed my stay there

If you are seeking quality care, attentive nurse or tech staff, DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. I have had to wait 45-60 minutes for aide once I rang the call button. Aides are not properly trained and half can’t understand. I came into this place with the goal to strengthen my legs and help me walk again. Now my goal is to get out of this place ASAP!

Husband was in Healthcare Resort of Plano May 2023 and care given was inconsistent and often not available. It appeared nursing staff, doctors, facility managers, therapy, etc team do not communicate with each other (this goes all the way to the top) as we were always getting different info on the same day about my husband's care (or lack of care). Several times in the evening the nursing staff could not be located. Some of his meds were not available when needed. PT/OT was decent however no one gave them the target date for my husband's discharged so it was not as prepared for discharge as expected. Facility reps appeared to not know how to discharge patients - the family had to go to each dept and ask for the list of meds he would go home with only to have the nurse say she had no clue; had to ask therapy reps about any limitations he had for home which they weren't sure he had any; etc. If you go to Healthcare Resort of Plano plan on limited responsive care and pray.

My father is settled in The Healthcare Resort of Waco and has been for quite a while. We are perfectly happy where he is. He chooses to stay there, and we choose to keep him there because his doctors are literally right across the street. It’s like the Ritz Carlton, and he is extremely happy. Every time I speak to him, he is giggling and laughing, and he has the best care. It was a very new facility. Because he was one of the first residents there, the price that we got was locked in for the duration. They have chef-prepared meals. If they choose not to eat in the dining room, they get it served to them as room service. There are exercise facilities, a hair salon, and a wine bar. They provide transportation to and from doctors' appointments or to the mall or wherever they want to go. It’s a rehab and also geared for memory care. It is very hands on. The suites that they live in are incredible. The staff members I have met ae incredible. They have housekeeping, laundry service, a movie theater, a putting green, and courtyards. It’s absolutely beautiful.

The Healthcare Resort of Plano is new, clean, and has very nice common areas. The staff seem very nice and attentive. The studio has lots of light, is a nice size, and has a proper setup for walk-in shower for the elderly. It also has a sink and a small refrigerator. Meals are provided. They have an exercise class and movies.

The Healthcare Resort of Plano has a really nice therapy room and really good therapists. Mom likes her therapists and the people there. They have rehab on the first floor and Mom is staying in the assisted living on the second floor. The place is really nice and built like a Colorado Lodge. The dining area is very nice, but the food is not so good. It was really good when Mom first came in, but it's not now, and I'm not sure what happened. Mom likes playing Skip-Bo on Fridays. They have a class every morning where they do exercises while sitting on a chair. They also have the normal exercise room on the second floor.
