Proverbial Care was very small. 16 residents was their max and there didn't seem to be many people walking around. Most of them were in their rooms, I guess. The facility was very clean and the people were very friendly, the two custodians and the lady who was the director were very nice and very helpful, but it was just very small. It was just very limited. They had a nice dining area and everything was clean. When you go in, they have a large living room. I noticed one gentleman came in to see his wife, and he sat there and waited until his wife came out to sit with him. They have another small room for games to keep people active.

I did a tour of Proverbial Care. It was a little lower cost, but it was just very small; it's only nine rooms, with two people in each room. I didn't like that one as much, because they don't allow visitors to come in much at all. You have to plan it out several days in advance and get a little one-hour appointment time. They say this place, push all residents, make them go back into their room so that a person could come and visit someone that's there. They made everyone go to their rooms with the door shut for me to even walk inside. It's just a small facility, and they do that for COVID safety. It was just too overpowering of air fresheners in the place. That one I didn't care for so much. It's just mainly the one owner there that has a medical background. She is very professional and keeps a close watch out on all the patients. She has cameras everywhere; she's watching the cameras to see how everybody is doing. They have a few exercise machines, and some kind of activity board; maybe it was memory care who keep busy with that.

The owner, Tayray J, was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I was concerned of leaving my loved one in an assisted living facility but after speaking with Tayray and touring Proverbial Care, it felt more like Home fully staffed with the care we were looking for.

I am a contractor that do work at Proverbial Care. Friendly staff and well maintained. I’ve actually talked with residents who just enjoy staying here. They created a family like atmosphere and would recommend this facility to look after your love ones.

This facility has great appeal through and through. As far as “great” goes, the facility is stellar. The living and dining quarters give the residents the feel of home. The staff are not only professional, but loving, caring, and invested in the Dr. Jasmine’s high standards of patient care. One need look no farther than Proverbial Care for premium assisted Irving.

Proverbial Care provides the best of care for the elderly and senior citizens assisted living. I had firsthand opportunities to view the facility in its embryonic stage. It is amazing to witness a great vision for senior care contrived, survive., and now thrive! The facility is state of the art, while caregivers are loving, caring, and dedicated.. Proverbial Care is a cut above other facilities both in particular and performance !

I like the providers and the staff at Proverbial Care. The meals are great. It is a kind, caring, and welcoming environment. They do games, take the residents outside, and serve three meals a day plus snacks. They have a transportation that comes and picks up the residents to take them to doctors' appointments. They provide housekeeping, bathing, and someone who comes in and does their hair. The staff is very informative and very aware of what's going on with my parents. I think this place is great. I am very pleased with it.

This is an immaculate facility; clean, luxurious and spacious. The caregivers are genuinely engaged in providing customized care/service. It feels just like home, with a royal touch and a calming atmosphere. This is where I would like my loved one to reside!
