My mother-in-law was at Pasadena Care Center. She was only there for a week, but it was OK. They were very disorganized because they couldn't find the paperwork that I gave them in person. I think they had staffing issues. The people were very nice, but there were not enough of them. Her room was nice and it had everything it needed. She had a closet and dresser drawers. They were getting a renovation, so it has new paint and new floors. They had activities, like bingo and ice cream stuff. Yesterday, they had Funny Hat Day. They had some problems over there. Over the weekend, they didn't have a receptionist, and the receptionist was the only person that could open the front door. So, one of the residents had to go to the kitchen and get someone to open the door so I could go in. They took good care of her while she was there, but I had to be there and I had to keep asking for things.
