I have moved into Lincoln Tower. It has a reasonable price, and they have good food. They have restaurant-style eating. The rooms are small, but then they're probably big enough for a single person. There's a beauty salon in here, it gives haircuts. They do play cards and dominoes. They have a couple of card games they do play. Their staff is friendly. They have trouble keeping staff.

We went to Holiday Lincoln Tower. The tour was awesome. The woman who walked us through was just outstanding. All of the employees were very nice. The facility is big and open. It used to be a hotel. There was a pool in the center that was being renovated, but the rooms were very dark. And, it just wasn't very nice when we went in. When we went into the tower where the main rooms were, they were beautiful rooms. They were apartments. We saw an apartment that was just outstanding. It was beautiful. But the problem is this was a hotel and they have not renovated the bathrooms to make them handicap accessible. So, as a senior with a walker or a wheelchair, the bathrooms are not accessible and they are not handicap friendly at all. The doors were heavy. They had locks that he would have had to wrestle with. And that was the only thing that kept us from going there because the facility was great and it was something I think he would have liked very much. But because he is in his 80s and he's handicapped, there's no way that we can put him there. They had great big spaces because it used to be a hotel. The difference that I saw though, had a big list of all of the activities they offer, but I didn't see activities going on. There were big, large rooms with big tables and nobody in them. And like the craft room was downstairs and you could use it, but they didn't schedule things that I could see down there. You had to go down into the basement to do laundry. So if the elevator was out, then he would not have access to it. We would not have access down there unless we went to the first floor and then walked down two flights of stairs to get to the basement.

I chose Holiday Lincoln Tower for myself because my only child lives in this town. It's beautiful. They take care of meals and everything I need. I had a sample of the meal, and it was great. They had a chef. The staff members are very friendly. They have a lot of activities. They take you anywhere you want to go on the bus. They have lots of activities planned. Last night when we were moving stuff, I don't know what they were doing, but there was an activity and I saw them all grouped. It was a group activity. They have housekeepers come and change your linens once a week. They make your bed, and they vacuum and stuff like that. I'm not sure about everything yet because I'm still in the middle of moving. I will have a safety button if I need help at any time. They're on-call all the time for help if I need help. They have lovely little apartments. They have food and they have an exercise room. They also steered me in the right direction for the VA to help me a little bit. This will take some time, but I happen to be an eligible VA spouse. And that helps a lot.

I did a tour of Holiday Lincoln Tower. The staff was very welcoming and very willing to meet what I was looking for. I remember that there was a pool, and it was very nice. They also had a bar. It was a senior living community, and it wasn't what I was looking for because I needed assistance. But it was very attractive to someone that was looking for that type of community, maybe selling their house, and being among people like their age and together as a group. It was very nice.

I went to look at the Holiday Lincoln Tower. The community looked very well organized and clean. The model room that they showed me was very nice, so I was impressed. Everything looked very good and well kept. The dining area looked very good and had quite a bit of room there. The staff was very well informed and accommodating.

I'm gonna move into Holiday Lincoln Tower. I liked the studio apartment they showed me. I thought it had plenty of room. I liked that it had a little kitchenette. Some of the tenants, while I was touring, came up and told me how well they liked it. I liked the amenities they offered. I liked the building. I know it's an older one, but I was familiar with it from when I lived here in Odessa, and I knew what it was like when it was a hotel. Now, they have independent living and have all the former guestrooms turned into apartments. I saw one on the first floor that had plenty of room and I liked it. It had the kitchenette and the furniture I intend to move will fit in there. They had a really good offer. I just really liked them. They serve three meals, and then they have snacks like fruit, cakes, and different things that they keep in their entrance to the dining room, so I will be free to go get snacks all the time. They have a shuttle service that will take me to my doctors' appointments. I will be able to use the shuttle service even to go to the grocery store or the mall if I wanted to shop. Between now and the time I move in, they'll continue to let me know their social stuff. They have a library there if I want to read. They're just across the street from our county library. They're close to the hospital where they have a lot of the doctors' offices where I have appointments. They're close enough that I have a mobility scooter that I can have there. They have room for me to park it outside my apartment, and I can keep it. I like the location. They have wi-fi, they have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. I liked everything. It was nice and clean. The apartment they showed me was clean. They have a maid service that will come and clean the studio apartment once a week. They also provide linen service where they provide the sheets, the towels, and the washcloths, and they will wash those for free. For my own clothing and my own linens, they have a free washer and dryer there that is available for me to use. I just have to provide all the soap. I was invited for lunch today and to have their banana split social. The only thing I didn't care for is that they don't have a selection where you can tell them what you want to eat. I didn't look at the menu, but I looked at it on their website and it sounded like all the food is the food I like. I don't have a problem with what the dining room will serve. I also have a kitchenette that has a little stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Some residents use the free delivery service for groceries and if I want to order a steak from our local fancy place, I can get that delivered. It's a welcome deal where my friends and family can join me for lunch. It's like $5, so I can pay that or they add it on and I can pay them weekly or monthly if I have a guest. They had a special going on where they were waiving a lot of their application fee and the community fee. I can pay on the day that my Social Security pays, and they were very accommodating about that. I liked everything about it and I went ahead and made the decision to accept their monthly offer.

My in-laws will be moving into Lincoln Tower. Everybody was very welcoming. It was really an atmosphere of friendliness and acceptance. They immediately started talking to my father-in-law. They showed us the model room and the room they had reserved for both my in-laws. We had one concern with something, and they immediately addressed it and are going to put them in a different room due to mobility reasons. They have been very, very accommodating, and there's very good communication. The rooms were cozy. They're not super big, but they're perfect for what they need. Everything looked to be in pretty good order. They were doing a bingo game while we were there. They mentioned that there was going to be another activity afterwards. We had lunch there, and it was really good. I was very impressed. It's better than expected. The dining area was clean and inviting. The people were nice.

Lincoln Tower was pretty nice. They had multiple choices of food, so it wasn't just pigeonholed into one thing. They gave me lunch while I was there and the food was good. The apartment was nice. The staff was very helpful and they've stayed in contact with me since then. It's just an older place but it was kept up very well.

My friend has moved into Lincoln Tower. It is great and her apartment is really good. They have lots of activities, like bingo, games, ice cream social, as well as great food, puzzles, church services, and movie nights. Plus, they have an in-house cosmetologist that comes in, which is good. There are two libraries, a movie room, an exercise room, a chapel, a dining room, a craft room, a game room, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Food is super good, too.

I have moved into Lincoln Tower. It is pretty good. I have been here for over a month now, and I really like it. I have a spacious apartment; I moved quite a bit of furniture in there. I have a big, nice apartment with a living room, a kitchen area, a bedroom and lots of closet space. They do Wii bowling, dominoes, and cards. I don't do cards but they have a game night two or three times a week. Then they have a bus where they take you to the stores like Walmart or to doctor's offices. The food is very good. They clean the carpet before I moved in, but it still got a dirty spot on it. They said they were going to take it out and put new carpet there, but they haven't done it yet. I haven't had any problems with anybody here. The staff members are good. They all take very good care of everybody.

Lincoln Tower was a little too dark. I know it used to be a hotel, but the hallways were dark and needed updating. It had an older feeling to me. The cafeteria was on a corner and was dark as well. We were able to see the menu, and it looked good.

I visited Lincoln Tower, and the staff was very professional, caring, and interested. The dining room was nice, and the rooms were very clean. They go to pubs on Fridays on a bus. Security is good as they assured me that there is someone there all the time.

I did look at Lincoln Tower and it is an old hotel that has been vamped. It was nice although I didn’t have any family members in the Odessa area. The staff kept in touch with me. I was able to see their apartment, and it was a nice place. I wanted a place in the ground floor because I have a dog, and they could give me that if that's what I wanted. I was able to try their food, and it was good. They have a nice dining area. I would recommend Lincoln Tower.

I lived in Lincoln Towers for 13 months, and it was a pretty bad experience. We had some bad managers over that place. Some of the managers were so arrogant, and I hated to see that. There were foods that I sometimes would not eat. They were very strict about the timing of their meals, and as a result I missed a lot of meals.

My husband's grandmother is a resident of Lincoln Tower. So far it's fine. There?s no problems. The place is well-maintained. It's very clean. They have a lot of activities for the residents. They have art classes. They have beading classes, where they make necklaces. The staff is friendly. There are no complaints from grandmother. Her room is of comfortable space and has a small kitchenette. We?re satisfied where she's at.

Management changes frequently, Due to low pay scale the facility kitchen and housekeeping is often understaffed. However they do assist residents with VA benefits hold the vets in high regard.
