Beware!!!! Advise that you record session and have attorney or Real Estate Broker review the lease before you sign. Promises and verbal agreements by leasing staff and management are not kept. Some terms of the lease are in violation of CODA (regs for lease properties), verbal abuse is common, "your lease will be the same for three years," Not so!!!!

Plantation at Quail Valley was a bit older than others. They were trying to update it. The staff was very good. In terms of activities, there wasn't a whole lot going on. And they didn't have a cafeteria, too. They had washer and dryer connections, so that was good. We would have our own washer and dryer. They had a pool, and as we were walking, they showed us a little golf tee area. They had a balcony or a porch, too.

Plantation at Quail Valley was nice. They have a 1-bedroom 1-bath and a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment. They have a washer/dryer in every unit. It seems like a nice community, I don't have a negative thing to say about it. The staff was very good, too. They have an area where the residents can gather and play games.

I have been a resident just about one year; after living in a 4-bedroom home and adjusting to a 2 bedroom/2bath was easier than I anticipated. I have ample space in my new resident; the staff is fantastic; and the management is very helpful.

The new mgr and office workers are very rude and unfriendly. They had a great manager (Cynthia) when they first took over this property, but they moved her to another property and promoted the asst. mgr. who is the mgr now. The one good employee (Cathy) they let go recently. The residents think that it is because the mgr. was jealous because Cathy was so well liked and the mgr wasn't. My parents live here and they hate it. The mgr. and 1 employee live at the Plantation but they took off part of Mon. and all of Tues due to the flood!! There was absolutely no flood here in Quail Valley. They couldn't walk a few steps to the office?? The manager told 1 resident that would call corporate with complaints that they were going to have to evict her because she kept calling corporate. So she called corporate & they told her it wouldn't happen. Please don't move here, you will hate it.

We made a total of 5 or 6 trips over at Plantation, and we were well satisfied with the program. The rooms were spacious, but not furnished. I did not have the list of activities, but they had cards and bingo. I liked that it was a family, and I had already recommended them.

Plantation is small; it's not a great big complex. The apartment has a great layout, it has closet space, storage space, a full kitchen and it has a porch with a nice view without having a building next to it. It's nicer than many of the huge complexes I'd seen. Around it is a beautiful residential area and I like that.
