We visited Christian Care Communities & Services - Mesquite. The tour was OK and the walk through was fine, but we have been there before when my wife fell and broke her hip the second time. The care was good then. We were mostly with trained people. She was there for rehabilitation. The therapy was very, very good, and very intensive. They worked very hard and they did surprisingly enough, managed to get them all in a group and get everybody to work at the same time. It was fascinating. They were quite good then, and I don't see that they've changed much. The major issue we had was the lady who did the touring facility hadn't been there long, and she really didn't know what she was touring. She was quite young and nice, but she didn't show us what we were looking for. The room she got there was shared, but for almost a month she was in it by herself. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. I only ate there twice and both times the meals were good. My interaction with the staff was very good. It's an older facility, and it's spread out quite a bit. The activities I saw were always at a five level. They're very good at finding insurance coverage.

My brother-in-law is in Christian Care Communities and Services - Mesquite. He's in assisted living, level two. He needs to have assistance with bathing and taking medicine and stuff like that. He's happy there and that's important. He likes the food. They pay good attention to him. We're happy so far. They've got different things that they can do. He got his haircut there. He's made a gentleman friend that he attempts to talk to. They take care of him, clean their room and wash their clothes and someone comes in, and bathes him, three times a week. He's doing just fine. The staff is very good. Most of them have been there for quite a while. They're pretty established. They're easy to talk to so far. It is clean. I'm sure some are fancier and everything, but we've been pleased.

I liked Christian Care Communities & Services - Mesquite. I really enjoyed talking with their representative. He was not only helpful, but he was beyond just giving me a tour. It had several living options, which was good. They had a couple of main buildings, but then they also had cottages, and that's what I looked at. It had a good space. It was well laid out, with a full kitchen. In the bathroom they modified the tub so you can get in and out of the tub easily. It was located across from a golf course, so you have a nice little park and picnic area.

I toured Christian Care Communities & Services - Mesquite. They only have very few assisted living apartments. It was a very nice place. The community was awesome. The staff who assisted me was extremely nice. Everybody was extremely friendly and nice from the maid to the cook. I liked the director that we spoke with. She took her time. She was very thorough in explaining how everything worked and what to expect. They would provide 3 meals a day, they would do the laundry, change the linens, wash the linens and bring it back to my sister-in-law. They were decorating Christmas trees while I was there. The activities looked awesome. They had bingo and a lot of other activities that would have been very good for my sister-in-law to get involved in. While we were there, the residents were watching a movie and they had a popcorn machine, so they were eating popcorn. They had arts and crafts. The residents made their own stockings, which I thought was kind of cool. It looked like they had activities going on every day. They said if she needed any type of rehab, that was there just right next door. I was very impressed with it. Their common areas were very nice. They had a very nice main dining room where they had all 3 meals. I have only good things to say about it. When we went into the dining room, it was not completely cleaned with fresh linens and everything like that. But the staff said they do that at night before breakfast the next morning. The rooms were great. They had walk-in showers that had a seat already in it that had bars. They had a call button near the bed and one in the bathroom. They also had the residents wear a pendant with a push button if they need assistance for any reason, they just push that button.

The community here at Christian Care Communities & Services - Mesquite is a small group of folks and everyone's friendly. The staff here take very good care of everything. Both my husband and I have moved into independent living. We make our own meals. They have trips out to shop or to eat. They have an enclosed indoor swimming pool for aerobics. They have an activity center with crafts and just different things every day of the week. There is a library and an exercise room. There are meals available if you want to go there and eat, but they don't come with them. The apartment we have is a nice size, it's 950 square feet, it's 2-bedroom and 2-bath, and it has all the appliances.

My sister will be moving to Christian Care Mesquite. I've paid a community fee and everything looks great. The unit looks great, they will provide a place for her and it looks fantastic. It's a great place. They have apartments in one building, and in the same building is where all the activities take place. There are visiting nurses and physicians of different kinds. She's moving into a cottage which is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage. It will be completely renovated before she moves in, and it has a washer and dryer and a refrigerator in the unit, so that's a good thing. I've only dealt with one staff member, and he was very accommodating. They serve institutional-type food, it was better than I expected and not as good as it could have been. But it's presented in a very lovely setting and you have multiple choices, which is something that's not true of other institutions.

Christian Care Senior Living Community - Mesquite was very clean and very welcoming. The apartments were very attractive and well thought out with reasonable amounts of storage. It was designed to accommodate those who may have at least somewhat limited mobility. You can feel the bright light coming from the windows. The lady who toured us was friendly and knowledgeable. She did a good job of listening to us about what we thought we needed and what we thought we were looking for. We also felt the dining room and the setup seemed very pleasant. Overall, they were top-notch.

I visited Christian Care Senior Living Community Mesquite and nice is the first thing that comes to mind. The staff was very nice and cordial. The apartment was perfect for our size because it is just me, another person, and a puppy. They actually have a game room, meal service, and all kinds of amenities. There was a nice little walking park right next to a golf course where you can walk your dog.

My husband is in Christian Care Nursing and Rehabilitation right now. They have a very good reputation in Mesquite for 28 years. A lot of my friends have their parents or loved ones in there and they've all been very happy with the place. With the Covid right now, I have not been able to visit him. He's been in there for three weeks, but they had to take him to the hospital. He went into renal failure two weeks ago. The staff has been most helpful. Anything I needed, they've supplied information or directed me to the right places. I couldn't tell much about the meals because I haven't been there. They called me and asked me about his likes and dislikes and he had a swallowing issue that they were checking out when they got there. They continued to check that out and their findings were that he could be on a regular diet, but he had to have his liquids thickened. The people have been very helpful in helping me find a place for him. I've only met personally two or three of them, but they've called me with any detail of anything they're doing, even the Covid tests, they'd let me know it's been done and they let me know when the results will be back. The facility is very nice. They have activities, but most of the duration he has been in there, they've been on shutdown.

My mom lived her last three years in the Courtyard at Christian Care. She received very good care. Alzheimer patients aren't easy, but the management and staff did a great job. They worked with us to help her through this terrible time. She had a "suite" with a little living room and a bedroom. It was always clean and the bed always made up. The food was good. They had some activities going on regularly. They do not leave them in their rooms to vegetate alone. This has been a few years, and I assume it's just as good as it was.

Christian Care Senior Living Community Mesquite is probably the only place I would ever go. Its top of the line, it's classy, professionally-run, clean and neat. The personnel was super nice, and I can't say enough about it. They have housekeeping, they have a beautiful dining room, professional chef, they provide 2 meals a day, and the rooms are superb, clean and beautiful. The one that we saw had all new carpet in them. They have a little café available if you want a snack or something. It's a first-class place. The facilities are totally superb, it's the highest-class that I have ever seen.

We moved into Christian Care Senior Living Community, and we love it. We have a nice little cottage, with a nice size patio, courtyard, and it's very homey. We have a very nice area. The staff has been great so far, they have a lot of activities going on, and we attended a concert they had here.

Christian Care Center is very good. We were quite pleased with it. They had all levels of care, from independent to end of life, to memory care. They had just about anything you could think of there.

I visited Christian Care Center, and the place was very clean. The staff was very pleasant and showed me around the area. I liked everything that I saw. I was looking for a two-bedroom at that time, but they did not have anything, and I told them that I will come back next year. When I went there, they had a concert, which was great. They had a good schedule of activities.

I liked Christian Care because it was set up so that if your condition changed you didn’t have to move. They had a memory unit and also just like if your health failed in general because I was looking really for independent living. This one seemed pretty nice, and I liked it very much. They have quite a few activities. They gave me a calendar, and they had a lot of things that you can do.

Christian Care Center is very good. The surroundings are excellent. It backs up to a golf course. The campus is beautiful. The 1-bedroom had a living room, a bedroom, a little kitchenette, and a bath, but it was very small. It was clean and well-built but very small. Nevertheless, the people were very friendly, the dining room was very nice, and the food was pretty good. Food wasn’t 5-star, but it was good. It seemed like there were very nice people living there. It was very nice.

It was beautiful inside and out. They had a lot of decorations that made it cheerful and home-like. I visited during the evenings, and I didn’t see any activities going on. They were sitting around in the nurses’ station, not in their beds. It was a modern, big, and clean facility. The staff was friendly.

It is very nice, but they don’t offer as much. They have cottages, and that’s what we were looking for. They offer meals, but it’s separate from the rent. They have two baths and a heated swimming pool. I like the scenery. I think the staff was wonderful, and the man that showed us around was very good. I would recommend it.

Christian Care Center was very nice, and I enjoyed it. The couple who is my friend stayed there, and they love it. They had like a kitchenette in their room. The staff is very friendly, and the food was good. They do help her with her medication, and she is very bipolar. There are plenty of games, music, and movies.

Christian Care Center came highly recommended from other people while I was just checking around. The staff were very friendly and they responded right back to my email. They are excellent and very energetic. The environment is wonderful. My dad has really been enjoying it. They keep the residents busy. It’s a very clean place and like I said everyone is really nice. So far we are really enjoying the facility.

My mother lived for about four or five years in Christian Care, and she had her own apartment. The staff was great. They knew everybody and did maintenance. She complained about the patio and they redid her patio. They put a microwave in; that apartment didn’t have one, and they put one in at no cost. They had a lot of activities, and they took them on a lot of outings to different movies and a lot of other places.
