The facility is conveniently located near Interstate 75 and State Route 121, providing easy access for visiting family and friends, and a fast route to the attractions of Dallas.
As an independent living facility, Adriatica Senior Living is designed for active seniors; no medical care is provided. Private one- and two-bedroom apartments, many of which have balconies, are appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. An on-site management team is available for general community needs and maintenance. Residents have an emergency line; however, these services do not include assistance with daily living tasks.
Adriatica Senior Living has several amenities to encourage residents to meet and gather, such as a reel room for movies and a beauty salon for pampering and hair care. The Connection Lounge is an open common space for games or hobby group meetings, while the Gathering Lounge is a restaurant and pub for shared meals. The on-site business center is equipped with computers, printers and WiFi, and the on-site fitness center allows seniors to workout with their peers.

We toured Adriatica Senior Living. It's a little bit more upscale and a little bit less pricey, so it's very nice. It's one of the few places that's viable for us. The place was very nice and the person who gave the tour was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms or apartments were well-maintained, roomy, and handicapped-accessible more than many. They have a community garage attached to the building, so you can get to the building without being in the rain. And it's included in the price, which was very nice. The dining area is very nice looking, although I did not try the food. They had some common meeting rooms and community rooms for groups and family gatherings. The whole area is just very attractive. They don't have meals included in the place but there are full kitchens. So food is not part of the price.

I'm moving into Adriatica Senior Living, and the place is going to be available in November. It was within my budget. The apartments are beautiful. Everything looks lovely. The manager was lovely. They told us the price, and it was very positive. The location is good. It's beautiful because you have restaurants, churches, activities, and everything to do. You have a lake, and then across the lake you can rent a paddleboat. The food was delicious. They invited me to have food and theater night.
