Reunion Inn started out as a very inviting place. As time went on it began to go downhill. Always understaffed. A little over a year after the lady I help take care of moved in the pandemic hit. Up until that point I had to go clean her room change her sheets and make sure that they showered. Once the pandemic hit she went an entire year without having her sheets changed or taking a shower. Don’t get me wrong there are 4 employees there that I very much love and appreciate all they did for her. Emily, Dayna, Ashley, and Mrs. Joyce are awesome. But when you are told that you have no life and or you’re a drunk because you have cameras in the room to keep an eye on her because she was hiding things and falling and I called at between 10 and 12 asking if they would please go get her in bed or she fell or she is falling asleep in her computer chair and fell forward and hit her head on the desk. That’s a problem!! I’m not a drunk and I don’t sleep at night because of my schedule. So if you decide to put your family there be prepared to not be able to call after 7pm and and not before 8am.

We toured Reunion Inn Assisted Living, and my mom enjoyed it. She liked the place, so that's why she picked it. The lady in charge, Jacque, has been just tremendously helpful, especially with trying to get mother's insurance organized and holding the room for a while we get it all done. The room was very clean. I would not say it was huge; it was just the same size as with any of them. The place was nice, clean, and an upbeat area. The inside and outside is secure. At the time that we went, there's the pandemic that they still have to watch out for. They generally have game day. Then they have activities every day, and then they also have physical therapy. It's like aerobics, yoga, or whatever they want to do. There's plenty of books and with a huge open rec area. They have a library area, too. It seemed very peaceful and quiet. It's a small town, so we all know each other. She knew a few of the people who are residents there and that helped. It's real friendly and easygoing. I've only met Jacque, and she seemed to be really nice. They were real nice and real caring people.
