My Husband has been living there for about a month now and what a huge difference. The place he was before was horrible and compared to Arbor Terrace it is a castle. Caregiver's are so sweet and thoughtful and he has even gained a few pounds. Communication with management is spot on. We feel like family, I can now sleep at night!

Arbor Terrace Lakeway was a beautiful facility. Everybody was very accommodating. They had some great activities, and I saw a group of people participating. They had some residents leading activities, which was nice. I met the activity director, and she seemed very engaged. The staff, Theresa, gave me the tour and introduced me to the community. She was reaching out to me more than I was reaching out to her. She was always making sure that I had information and that I knew what was going on. She offered to meet with the family via a Skype meeting or a Zoom meeting to just kind of share information. So, I found her to be very accommodating.

Just moved my Mother into Arbor and I finally have piece of mind that she is safe and well cared for. Very reasonably priced for what we are getting. She loves the food! Great activities. Very happy we made the choice to finally make the move.

My mom is in Arbor Terrace Lakeway. The staff seems to be very nice. Whenever she needs anything, they'll get it for her, or show her how to do things, and she's still working her way, learning around the building. Her room is nice, and she's got a nice, spacious room. She's participated in exercising, bingo, and Scrabble, which she likes.

We were pretty impressed with Arbor Terrace Lakeway. We liked it a lot. The price was way higher than others, but it's in Lakeway. I expected it to be more, but it was quite a lot more. They had studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. They had a lovely dining room, and they told us about a lot of field trips that they do. They had an exercise room and a lovely courtyard, as well.

My parents are in the Harbor at Lakeway. It is a very good, fairly new facility, so there are a few things that they are still trying to work out. Overall, they do a very good job caring for them. There has been a huge problem with food service and maintenance, but overall, I will rate them as pretty good. They have a lot of amenities, but my parents never use them. That is their personal choice. I think their memory care in particular is very good compared to other places that I toured. They have kind and caring employees. The food service needs improvement.

It's assisted living and memory care, and when you walk in, it's very formal looking. They had a big water fountain in the middle. It's pretty new, and it opened last fall. Most of the rooms were private. You could have a roommate, but if you had to share your room, it would be pretty tight. I didn't meet any residents, but I really liked the administrator. She was very knowledgeable, and she was really good. I had a nice tour of Harbor at Lakeway. The one thing I didn't like was the courtyard was small. It was surrounded by a high brick wall instead of a fence or a building of windows, and it felt really closed in.
