I'm on the waiting list at Mariposa Apartment Homes At South Broadway. I like that facility. It's nice. It's pretty much what I ran into at the other facility. The problem is its vacancies. It's not that old, and it's well-maintained. I saw nothing discouraging. There's no trash or litter. However, the staff started out a little annoyed when I came in. But then after I acted annoyed back, she behaved herself.
