I went to The Spring at Silverton. I like their overall customer service. When you walk through the door, I like how you're greeted and allowed to ask questions. We toured the property. It was just an overall good experience. The lady we spoke with was awesome. She's like the area manager or something, like the boss lady. She was amazing. They have a resort-style swimming pool. There was a library and a workout room.

I liked almost everything about The Spring at Silverton. The new washer and dryer, the new appliances, and the management team were very courteous. It looks like a pretty good environment to live in. The atmosphere was spectacular. They had mind games to help you concentrate on certain things and also relationships/friendships with other residents. I liked the back patio porch with a patio table at the apartment. It had nice doors.

The Spring at Silverton is a very nice facility. The apartment I toured was very nice. The person who showed me the tour was exceptional. They have a little walking trail, which is something I would be interested in. They have a lot of activities. They showed me a little gym area and a library. The staff showed me a 1-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and laid out nicely. I would have no complaints about that place.

The girl that I met at The Spring at Silverton yesterday, Valerie, was real sweet, nice, and showed me all around the property. Emily came in, too, and was bubbly. Everyone was very friendly. There were several people out and about who said hello. One lady talked to me and she was really sweet. She has been there for eight years and said that she loved it there. The grounds were beautifully kept. The whole place was inviting. When I toured the apartment, I felt very comfortable, like that is where I need to be. The kitchen was just absolutely perfect. My furniture would fit nicely in the one-bedroom. Valerie also showed me all of the activity rooms and the beauty shop. They also had a library, a coffee bar, and a special dining room.

I have toured The Spring at Silverton. What they offered was nice. It was very well cared for. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly. They seemed very concerned about helping to find my husband and me a spot. I was very pleased with their manner and their hospitality. When I went there, I did not see any of the residents doing activities. I was able to see a couple that allowed us to enter their apartment to view the floorplans and all that. They had a swimming pool, a library, and a computer room.

I toured The Spring at Silverton. It was pretty and very well maintained. The lady who helped me, her name was Gloria, and she's wonderful and she's personable. It looks like they have a lot of activities planned that you can attend. The size of the apartment was not available to me, so should I decide to turn in my application, I'll be on a waiting list. It's very nice, but Fort Worth is just not my personal first choice to live in. I would recommend it, I just personally have reservations about it but not because of the quality of the facility.

The Spring at Silverton was just amazing. It's awesome and Cheryl was a great gal. It's independent living and it's nice. I lucked out. They don't offer meals, which is what I wanted. I didn't want meals. My son looked at the place with me and he was just as amazed as I was.
