I have lived at The Waterford at Fort Worth since 2013. I've left three times, twice to live with my family and once to go back to Virginia. I always come back to The Waterford. I looked at other places and I'm not interested. The staff is great. They treat you like they appreciate you. With regards to food, every once in a while, there's something I'm not crazy about, but hardly ever. You can order something different if you don't like what they're having. Maintenance and housekeeping are great. They do their job. I've got a great housekeeper. She does everything. I have a pet here. I have never had a problem. They take me to my doctor's appointments. The driver is the best one here. Last week, we made tie-dye T-shirts. We do different painting projects. We make trays and flower arrangements. We have programs. We play games. We're always busy. The activity director makes sure we're busy. Value for money is very good. I'm getting what I pay for.

I'm at The Waterford at Fort Worth. I'm very satisfied here. The people that work here are excellent, the food is good and the activities are good. I have no problems at all living here. Their work attitude is excellent. For dinner, if I have something I don't like, I can either order a chef's salad or a cheeseburger and French fries, or a shrimp basket. I have choices. We have games like bingo, you can play cards and dominoes, and we have people come in and entertain us with stuff, sometimes it's a piano player, sometimes it's a man sitting on a stool with a guitar singing western songs, sometimes it's a group. The entertainment is very pleasant. I have no problems with the lady that cleans my apartment. The building is fine. It's not cheap to live here, but you're fed three meals a day. I can choose what activities I want to take part in and what I like is the doctors, nurses and therapists all come to you. You don't have to go to them.

I live at The Waterford at Fort Worth. The service here is very good and the staff and the people that live here are very nice. The food is all right. I'm not a very big eater, so I just can't eat all the food that they serve. We try to get smaller portions and they won't do it. Maintenance is pretty good. Housekeeping is fair. The lady that comes to clean my apartment doesn't do a very good job. They do quite a few activities. We play bingo, we have entertainment, and they play games all the time, so it's enough to keep you busy.

I'm at The Waterford at Fort Worth. They're good. I think they're one of the best I've ever been in. The staff is very caring. The food is good. It's very clean. If something gets spilled or dropped, it's cleaned up right away. I've been in places where I worry about spills and falling in the spill, and there's none of that here. They're very attentive. The activities are good. They're better than most. They have dominoes, cards, and I really enjoy the bingo. There's usually something to do, even on weekends. It's a very good value.

The Waterford at Fort Worth is independent, but they have a company that has caregivers here where they could go in and get assistance, on an as-needed basis. If you need some help or you need your food delivered, it can get done that way. The dining room is always pretty full, but I see them taking food out to different people at different times. They're very accommodating. I don't have any problems with the staff. Their work attitude is positive. Some of the meals are excellent. Other meals I don't care for because I'm a picky eater and I'm a good cook of my own. I'm much more critical in the food area, but I had an excellent lunch today. I have no problem. If I want other food, I can take care of it myself in my room. Breakfast is, to me, the best meal of the day. Maintenance and housekeeping are excellent. It's not a problem. The facility is not the best in the world, but it's not the worst in the world I've seen. They have lots of activities. They have something nearly every day. They have a very good activity list and a good activity director. The driver is excellent. The front desk is very good. The manager is very accessible. I don't have any problems with personnel.

The staff members at The Waterford at Fort Worth are excellent. I had come from another place, and this has just really been a great place to be. The people are very friendly. The food is good. They feed us three times a day and it's located also in a very pretty place, lots of trees around. We not only have the choice of what they're serving that day, but they give us a lot of other choices. If we don't want the main meal, we could have other things. I haven't been satisfied with the way the housekeeping lady cleans and she doesn't speak English. She's very sweet, but I have a hard time communicating with her. The building is old, but they keep it up very well. They have lots of activities. I just got back from bingo. They have a lot of games. They also bring in a lot of entertainment and they play different card games. They have exercise classes. There's a choir practice. There's no reason for anyone to stay in their room and not enjoy. I'm sure I'm getting what I should be getting.

My aunt is at The Waterford at Fort Worth. They're so caring. They go out of their way for my aunt. She is so happy here. The food is great. The services are great. All the agencies that come in here do a great job. The director, Cathy, is so great. She has a big heart and she really helped us a lot. She goes out of her way, everybody here does. This is an amazing place. The staff got great attitude. They'll even take your food to your room. If you don't like what's on the menu, they have different choices to pick from. When you ask questions, they direct you to the right person to answer your questions. They're very helpful. They have three meals and they have coffee. They have entertainment here. They even have religion here. They have activities. This place is so clean. They will wash your sheets, your towels, and your clothes. Their cleaning is very good. They do mopping and dusting, just everything. I'm really amazed. They'll have crafts. They'll have speakers and music to entertain them. Value for money is really good. You're paying for what you get and you're getting what you want, that's why we chose The Waterford. If I ever have to do this, I would come over here. It's just so nice.

The person who helps you to get in, Cathy, I'd like to give her an 11. The food overall is good. It's the cheapest one around and they give you good food and good quality, and they take care of you. I love everything about The Waterford at Fort Worth. Their work attitude is beautiful. They're very hands on. I like the meals. I think the meals are great. The meals look small on the plate, but I've gained so much weight, I have to make myself cut back. Everything is great. I think it's well organized. Housekeeping and maintenance are great. I don't have any complaints. They have all kind of programs. I have to force myself to turn off the television and go to the programs they have. I'm very satisfied. Value for money is good. I had this powder spray that I was spraying and it caused the alarm to go off. I said, they have no way of knowing that one of my alarms went off. I'm going to report it when I go downstairs and within a minute or two, they were knocking on the door.

My mother is at The Waterford at Fort Worth. The staff is so friendly and kind. They try to have activities, keep everyone moving and improving the life of our seniors. They have entertainment, chair exercises, games, and bible study. There's a variety of things to do. They do a good job. My mom likes the food mostly. It's an older building, but I think it's pretty well maintained. They are keeping my mom safe and she's happy. She feels like it's a home for her.

I'm at The Waterford at Fort Worth. There are some things I'm not real pleased with. I have no problem with the staff. They're good. They do their jobs. Some of the food are good, some are not. Sometimes, they do a good job, sometimes it's not edible. Maintenance and housekeeping are very good. It's fairly well maintained and they pretty much do what they need to do when you give them a reason.

Everybody here at The Waterford at Fort Worth is so friendly. I didn't think it'd be this way when I moved here, but it's really nice. People talk to you, and the staff is good to you. I don't know all their names, but I like all of them, and they're very friendly to me. The servers are great. The lady at the reception is nice. Cathy, the sales director, is very sweet. They have a lot of choices for your meals. If you don't want the meal that day, you can either order cheeseburger with fries, shrimp with fries, cottage cheese, or soup. You don't have to eat what's on the menu, but the menu has always been very good. Maintenance, I have never had a problem with, and housekeeping is really great. The place is always clean. People come in and play music for you. They have people come in and sell t-shirts and stuff. They have music on Thursday, and then this Friday they're having disco night. I get my money's worth because I don't pay electric, I don't pay cable, and I don't have to pay internet. All I do is pay the money for the apartment and that's pretty good.

It's flexible. Maintenance and housekeeping are very good. They're always maintaining and working on the facility. I haven't attended any activities, but they are available and I see people engaged. There's a program going on right now. Value for your money is good. It's worth what I'm paying. The person that I interviewed with, Cathy, was outstanding.

I'm at The Waterford at Fort Worth. They're very good. They handle everything. They have everything here for us. The lady that I signed in with, Cathy, is excellent. She helps with everything. The staff's work attitude is fine. The food could be better. I think they need a new chef, but it's fine. Maintenance is OK. I don't use housekeeping. They got a lot of activities, but I just moved in here, so I don't know about those yet.

I've had lots of care at The Waterford at Fort Worth. Cathy is a lady that I first signed up with and it was good ever since that time. The staff is very helpful and anytime I have a question, they always have a good answer. The food is very tasteful, very good, and cooked well. The men from housekeeping is very good. They clean my room once a week and they do a very good job. They have activities at this location and I participate in them and they're very enjoyable. The one I enjoy the most is playing dominoes. Value for money is very good and I'm very happy with that.

The staff in The Waterford at Fort Worth was very friendly, very informative, and answered all my questions. My appointment was scheduled right at lunchtime so I sat down and had lunch. Their food was fabulous. I don't even like pot roast, but it was good. I want the recipe matter of fact. They have a library, an art room, a theater room, a gym, and they have a lot more facilities inside than the one my mother's at. You can walk around the whole building. Is it located in the greatest area? No. It's part of South Fort Worth. It's not the safest. It's a very busy area. It's more commercial than residential. That's the only drawback and there's not a whole lot of parking. Other than that, I liked it. I thought it was nice. I told my mother if she didn't take it, I would. Just from the pot roast alone, it was good. They have an activity director that's very loved and the director seemed to be very loved by people, too.

The Waterford at Fort Worth is affordable. The facility looked very nice and very clean. The person that took me around to look was very friendly and helpful. The residents looked happy and the room that I'm going to is going to be big enough for my needs. They provide three meals a day. They had a good-sized library, which was great because I love to read. The dining room looked very nice. It was very neat and presentable. All bills will be paid and they have free Wi-Fi and free cable.

My loved ones have moved into The Waterford at Fort Worth. They have met all of their needs. Their room is spacious for a good price, and the staff there is amazing. The food is delicious. The head chef even comes out to greet the residents in the dining hall and get feedback right there. It has been a great experience for them. My loved ones are in a one-bedroom apartment. It's one of the larger one-bedroom apartments because it's on an inside corner. It's got an angled wall, so it's bigger than the typical ones but it's for the same price. They don't get those open very often, and we just happened at the absolute right time. They provide three meals a day and transportation, which was the big draw. They have activities going on every day. They have field trips posted on their event wall. The residents are happy to be there. Right across from my loved ones' room is the elevator, which is also next door to the resident laundry room for their hall. The housekeeping comes in once a week and washes all their linens and all their towels and sheets, even if the residents provide them. The only thing they have to launder is their own personal clothing. They've got a beautiful shaded outdoor spot and a huge library. They have probably over a dozen bookshelves, like floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. They've got an activity room and a nice chapel. They have a pastor who comes in every Sunday and does Bible study during the week. That's important. They have an exercise room and a TV lounge. The dining room is huge. They have 30-plus tables in there, and they're spaced out, so there's room for wheelchairs and stuff. They have a private dining room if you have guests come in for like an event. They have 24/7 security.

The Waterford at Fort Worth was doing a lot of remodeling, but from what I could see, it was very clean and very nice. The staff that I met was very, very friendly. One thing that they have that the other ones did not have was they have a medical personnel that comes in, a doctor, and I liked that. They also have a little store that carries a few personal items, like toiletries and some food stuff. If you have any particular wants or needs, they would try to stock them in the store. So, I liked the idea that they had a little store right in the facility there.

I will be moving into The Waterford at Fort Worth. It has transportation. It has three meals a day and has lots of activities. The people are super friendly. They have arts and crafts. I visited The Waterford at Fort Worth and the price was why I didn't go there. The tour was alright. They were very friendly. They showed me the apartments and they had a community area. It looked very clean when we went through there. It was just the price that I didn't like. The apartment had a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The dining area had a bunch of chairs and tables and there was a line that you had to go through to get your food.

My mother is in The Waterford at Fort Worth. It is an independent living community. It has different-sized apartments. The chef has been with them for 20 years. Everything has gone fairly smoothly with her move-in, and the people there are very nice. The room that she chose was the larger studio apartment. It is spacious compared to where she was staying before, and very clean, lots of storage, and lots of closet space. They have transportation for the residents, they have a facility for working out, they have a movie theater set up for movies on a large screen, and they have many communal rooms where they do activities together. They have lots of activities planned every day. There's at least a couple in the afternoon, and they have a prayer room there onsite like a little chapel, which is very nice. They also have home health that comes in if the residents need it that you can use with your Medicare. For lunch or dinner, they have one special meal and then their menu. They always have something if you don't want what they're offering. The menu could be expanded a little bit. Other than that, I have no complaints. Even the chili dogs were good.

I went to The Waterford at Fort Worth yesterday. The facility was much nicer and the woman that I spoke to was very accommodating, even into things that I wasn't expecting her to get into. I have a dog and I've just accepted that I'm going to have to give her up, but she tried to work with me so that maybe I could keep her, and I appreciated that. It's a lovely facility, more open and airy. The rooms were nice. I was just looking at the studio and a one-bedroom and leaning more towards the studio, but it was roomy enough, and it was pleasant. The only problem with that facility is the distance from my medical team. I have to consider that. They have typical activities, game rooms, and they have activities directors. They would take you to appointments within a certain radius.

The Waterford at Fort Worth was an older building. The staff was fun. It was the first place we actually got to do an in-person visit, so that was good. They had the activities. It probably would've worked, it's just my father didn't like the location and the cost at that time. They need to update the facility. They had home healthcare on-site.

The Waterford at Fort Worth is independent with assistance, but you pay extra for assistance. The place is fine if youre able to get to and from the dining room. It's very nice and the meals are geared to the older generation. My dad is very weak and he has a walker, so he's unable to walk all the way to the dining room. Everything's expensive and you have to pay extra for extra assistance since it's not included in the rent. They have housekeeping that comes once a week. My dad has a 2-bedroom apartment and it's very nice. It has one bath, a beautiful L-shaped balcony, and it's on the third floor. It's all carpeted and the carpet is nice, but it's a little bit hard to push a walker on. The residents and the staff are very friendly though. They have a library, movie room, and they go on excursions. If your health is halfway decent, you could do these things. It has a lot to offer. They have a couple of buses that take the patients to Walmart once a week. They also do different activities and go on some kind of a scenic drive where they don't get off the bus. It's clean and there's a lot of parking. The grounds are kept very nice and the inside is nice. The carpets are very clean and low pile. They have laundry facilities on each floor.

The Waterford at Fort Worth is new and nice, and the price is very reasonable. It has everything -- a chapel, a bus, a private driver that will take residents to special doctors' appointments and beauty shop appointments on Thursdays. They have a very busy activities calendar. They go on trips, out to eat, shopping, and mall walking. They have a dining room that serves 3 meals a day. They have a beauty shop on-site. The food is sometimes better than other days. It has an in-house nursing facility with bridgeway nurses. They have Legacy Physical Therapy, Agape, and Texas Angels, and they're all in-house.

The Waterford at Fort Worth was very nice, but it was about $400 out of my price range. It was very clean and very nice with good food. I like the help. I actually got to meet the cook, and the lady that took me on a tour was very sweet. It’s right down the street from the malls and a lot of the eating facilities. It’s 2 minutes from my sister’s house which I tinker around doing yard work in. They showed me 2 different rooms. The studio is nice and clean; I really like it for me. I visited during lunch time. Everybody seemed happy and was being waited on real well. There was plenty of parking, and they have covered parking. They had car parks for your specific spot, and mine was right outside my window. I could actually see where my car or motorcycle was being parked.

The Waterford at Fort Worth was very nice, very clean, and very modern. However, it wasn’t suitable for my dad because he needed more care than what I think they were capable of providing. It appeared that the residents were more independent than my dad. There's the choice of a small studio all the way up to a two-bedroom apartment. It was very nice. It would have met his needs, but the professional care was not in line with his physical limitations.

The Waterford was very nice. The staff that assisted us was great and knowledgeable. They have a calendar of activities. They have a library, exercise room and craft room. The dining area was very nice and clean.

The Waterford at Fort Worth is very good. The people are very caring and take care of all your needs, like cleaning your room. The food is excellent, and they serve three meals a day. The only drawback with the place is the price: it’s expensive. They have so many good activities and offer services to take you to doctors' appointments and to run errands. This community is excellent as far as I’m concerned.

My mother would be moving in The Waterford next week. It was nice. The staff was nice. The price was comparable with the services offered. She had not moved in yet, but so far, we had been in touch with everyone that worked there. The rooms were nice and updated with nice amenities. They were nice and clean. They were newer than some other places. The refrigerator and the counter top were updated. The bathrooms were nice. They had activities like people played cards and bingo. They had field trips. They had some movie time offered, and they had worship services. They had staff 24/7.

I don't really like the meal schedule, but that is something I would have to completely change -- my schedule. I am not a morning person, and they start early, but this was the only thing that I was not pleased with. Otherwise, it was very nice, and we have a relative at the Waterford -- my husband's sister. It is very nice, the food is good, the apartments are adequate, and I hear good reports about it from other people who live there. The staff is very nice, very informative, and very helpful. I've seen one room with furniture in it, which is my sister-in-law's, and it seemed adequate. Their dining room is very nice. Basically, I am impressed with the activities and the help provided for people. There is a choir, there are trips that they take, and they have card games, Bingo, and music programs, so there's great variety of activities. The security seems adequate.

I was able to look at Waterford at Fort Worth, and that was very good too although it was a little far out. I looked at a studio, and it was small, but still very nice. It had a microwave, a refrigerator, and a big closet. They serve three meals a day too. I didn’t eat there, but it looked like they were good. The staff were great as well.

I found The Waterford at Fort Worth for my mom and this is a very nice place. Their rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly. They know every single person's name in the community. They take great care of my mom. They also invited us for lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed it. They have a nice restaurant where all the residents eat.
