We did a little bit of a walkthrough of Westmount at Braesridge. We were pretty impressed with it. From what I understand, it was a new place. The staff members were very nice and very accommodating in terms of the quality of the process and the tour. They were very helpful at the time that we dealt with them. So, from my standpoint, my initial opinion is that I would definitely recommend someone to take a tour of the place and kind of experience the leasing management there and see how helpful they have been for their particular needs. We saw a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. There were little courtyard areas, too.

I toured Westmount at Braesridge. I only made it to the office, but I looked around the grounds and everything. It's a beautiful place. I didn't go and tour the units. I saw the courtyard, and everything was clean. The parking lot was clean, but there's no guard at the gate. It's an open parking lot. The place was clean and decent. When I stepped in I felt welcomed. I was ready to move in.

I toured Westmount at Braesridge and I was pleased with the tour person's explanation of everything. As a community, everything was clean, and it's something I would look into. It's a good location. Everything I saw was good. They have people working there, and even the maintenance people were on site. It was just a very pleasant experience. The staff was very nice and very welcoming. The tour person was very helpful and very thorough. The facility was nice and comfy.
