I am a resident of Solea Cinco Ranch. It's just an amazing community. The people and the apartments are great. If you go shopping and you have all your bags in your trunk, there are grocery carts underneath the steps here so that you can put your stuff in the cart, take it to your apartment, and then drop it off. That's huge. The garages are only $150 and the covered roof is $30, so everything is reasonable. The maintenance is awesome. The place is like a U-shape, the main building is at the bottom of the U, and the living spaces are on the opposite side of the U, and if you live inside of the U, it's stupendous, and your yard is unbelievably beautiful. It's a small apartment, but there are two beds in the one bedroom. We usually cook our own food, but for Thanksgiving, they had a dinner for everybody and it was awesome. You felt like you belonged to something. For anybody who needs an apartment, I would recommend it. But they could do a little better on the gym.

I chose Solea Cinco Ranch for my friend. The location is much closer to my home and his family. It's a newer place. It has fewer amenities and it's more of an apartment complex. They have social activities. They don't offer meals. Residents do their cooking. They have a pool and weight room.
