My visit to Rosemont personal care home was very pleasant. The staff was very accommodating and nice; there were only a few but they were very competent in treating the patients. The facility was clean and comforting-- the living room as well as the rooms were all well kept. Only (minor) downside is the outside of the facility-- not much space outside for fresh air. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Rosemont Personal Care Home was awful. The only staff member I saw the entire time was the woman who met me at the door. She opened the door and the smell hit you in the face before you even stepped in the doorway. There was a bunch of residents gathered in the main area where the TV and the dining room was. We walked through them, and the staff never made eye contact or said hi to anybody. We walked down the hall and somebody started saying, "Help." I asked the staff member, "Does that person actually need help? Should we go help them?" She said, "No, they're fine." No one I cared about would ever live there. I feel badly for the people that live there. The staff member who gave me the tour was very polite to me, but she never spoke or made eye contact with the other people there. The building itself seemed fine and clean.

Rosemont Personal Care Home was okay, but it was not the right place. The rooms are okay, adequate in size, clean, but it was not homey. It was a little bit uninviting. They had one larger bedroom with 3 beds, and the TV was blaring. It wasnt what I was looking for and it was too much money for what it was. They went on field trips and they offered games. They offer 3 meals and they would take you to the doctor.
