The Administrator led our company on a wild goose chase trying to get together documentation to admit a Medicaid patient with their facility. The dying patient's daughter was in tears trying to get help from the staff here. After two days of running the family and our company through the ringer, the facility opted to not admit the patient. Extremely unprofessional.

Some of the staff have no ethics. My father, being nice, offered to help a medical staff female financially and she took advantage of the situation and accepted money from a him. Place is not very clean and rooms are small.

My brotherhad a major stroke on the right side and is getting rehabilitation done every day at Courtyard Convalescent Center. When he first entered, he was frail. He’s gaining weight and seems to be happy there. The staff is friendly. They’re steady workers and on guard with the patients. The place is clean. When you walk in, you don’t smell urine. They serve three meals a day. They have an activity director. He has a wheelchair where he can go outside, and there’s a place where they can watch TV and communicate.

This is supposed to be a skilled nursing home but they are not skilled enough my son was there and it was the worst nightmare of my life. He is on a feeding tube and he has bleeding ulcers. during his stay there for respite the ulcers started bleeding and they told me they could not do anything about it they let my son suffer for four days he was suppose to stay two weeks for me to have a respite break he was vomiting up the old blood and in severe pain and all they did was walk around doing nothing getting paid and another thing they did not give my son all of his medications.
