I found a new place here in Houston, and I'm very happy with it. It's called Columbia Senior at 2100 Memorial. It's got a lot of amenities like a theater room, a fitness center, and a business center. It seems to be a very nice community of people, so I'm very pleased with it. The management was very helpful. I have an in-unit laundry capacity. They also have a laundry room on certain floors and so forth. As far as services, their mailing and packaging services to help residents are very helpful. The building is very safe and secure, so that's a plus. It's a very nice neighborhood. It's brand new, so it's very nice.
