My husband and I are living here, and we like it very much. We like the little cottages and not having to use an elevator to get around the building or whatever. We are on the ground floor, and we have a little patio. It's a more independent living, almost like having your own house. They do not provide meals. They have some activities, but not a whole lot. I think they have water aerobics and bingo. They have outings every once in a while, and they just had a party this past weekend. We haven't participated in any of them. The community has a beautiful swimming pool, a dog park, and nice walking areas.

As a resident I am pleased with the apartment, the amenities and the availability of activities. I am not pleased with the on-site management staff. They are not responsive to questions, comments or concerns. Their attention to detail is lacking. Also the cleanliness of hallways, floors and common areas is poor.
