We visited The Hill Villa and we couldn't afford it. The building was fine. I felt like it was an older decorated place. I only talked to one man and he was nice. It's clean. I didn't notice any negatives. Their dining area was buffet-like. The room layout was good. It was roomy. The atmosphere seemed pleasant.

The Hill Villa was a beautiful place and they've got a lot to offer. The only thing is that it was more remote for me. The staff was very nice. He walked me through the place and showed me everything available. The rooms were very nice and they had sliding glass doors. The drawback was they don't have central air in the rooms. They only have air-conditioning, like in the bedroom. The activity rooms were really interesting and very nice. They had a country store. They do a lot of stuff. They're closer to downtown. They had a courtyard.

We're going to move my father-in-law to The Hill Villa. The deciding factor was the people that were already in there, we talked to a couple of them, and they said it was like family in there. We also like the location, and the price point was right for what we can afford. As far as how the tour went, they were not prepared. As far as the facility itself, it looks really good. There was some water damage in the unit that he's going to be moving into, and they got it all cleaned up and fixed and ready to go, and they put furniture inside there. We're excited about it. The staff answered all of our questions, they were very friendly and let us take our time walking through. They have vending machines, they have a workout facility, they have large grassy areas for them to walk around, they have mini social groups to be a part of and participate in. It's a much larger facility than he was in previously.

The rooms at The Hill Villa were very roomy and very nice. The closet has shelves, which I liked. One thing I didn't like was it's up in the woods, and at the back part of it there's nothing to look at that's nice. To the front, you could see a lot of nice streets and all that, but to the back, it is just woods. The staff during the tour was very nice and ready to greet me as I came in. It's very nice and very affordable, but the neighborhood is what I didn't like. I didn't see the activities, but they told me what they have. They can take you to a store or Walmart. I just have to put my name and give them time so that they can transport me somewhere. The back where you can walk is clean, but past the fence, all you see is mesquite and all that kind of stuff.

I scheduled a tour for my Grandmother. the Aura and the Ambience of the place is different and the staff were very friendly! Facility is so clean, well decorated and warm. The building is not new but definitely has a Life which is more important to me. I had fun when they showed me the Coca Cola Diner which really amazed me and the Country Store. This facility is a one stop shop. They have a big very nice dining area, its own rehab, lots and lots of activities, have your own mail box, looks safe coz it is gated and has code to put in on the doors inside. Rooms are good sizes and has good structures. Restrooms are built for Seniors where they install rails and seat inside the shower rooms. Prices are pretty reasonable since it covers 3x meals and with all amenities inside the facility. They also offered transportation for doctor's appointment which that is one thing I am worried about my Grandmother. I love also the residents there as we walked down the hall, they have been already welcoming me. I definitely recommend this place for Seniors. They deserve to be happy and treated like family. I feel very comfortable in Hill Villa.

I toured The Hill Villa yesterday. This place seemed more dark and closed, although the room was very, very nice and very appealing, but just the overall feeling of the place was kind of dark and shuttered, or closed in. The staff was very friendly. I was there much earlier than my appointment, and they accommodated me very well, so no complaints. They have a variety of activities from movie night, and they had one rather unique thing, it was the Coca-Cola room, it kind of looked like an old-time diner, and they would have happy hours there. The dining room was pleasant enough. It was just a little depressing.

I went to Hill Villa Senior Living. I didn't see any person that was out, she showed me a room and everything, but it just seemed so dark and quiet there. She said that they still have some activities, but it didn't seem like a happy place. I came early enough, and I thought a few tenants might be out in a room, one of the activities rooms, but I didn't see one person, and the staff wasn't that accommodating either. They just got bought out by new owners. It was clean, everything was clean, but it was not a place I would take my mom.

Hill Villa was a nice place. One of my old neighbors was there. The apartments were wonderful. You can get a bedroom, a walk-in shower, a kitchenette, and a small living area at the balcony. They had singers and karaoke on Fridays, ice cream bar days, and discussions.

My mother is in Hill Villa. They provide three meals a day, and there is somebody on site 24/7. The staff is very helpful. The food is really good. I like that they seem very knowledgeable and very caring. There is a medical person that comes. I don't know how often, but it is on a regular basis. She has a regular physician, but if something comes up, and she needs to be looked at, they can see about it. I will absolutely recommend them to others. It is very clean inside and out. They have a gym and crafts, and they just do a little of everything. My mom is very happy, and I am happy that she is happy.
