My grandmother spent 8 weeks at this facility. Most of the staff were friendly and kind. I understand they have a tough job, but being unprofessional is inexcusable in my opinion. Parking is a joke at this place. There is a lot, but it is for employees only. Your only other option is the meters, make sure and bring quarters.Safety was a big issue at the facility. My grandmother's things were constantly stolen. We filled out a form, and nothing happened, no resolution whatsoever. The stuff that was stolen was minor, but I think it's terrible that when my grandmother is at her most vulnerable her few possessions disappear. No one seemed to care. The rooms are small and need to be remodeled. The bathroom was tiny, and barely allowed for wheelchair access. Forget trying to fit 2 people in there, it's not happening. Most elderly need assistance in the restroom, apparently not at this place, they are on their own !I would highly recommend taking your money and burning it before spending a penny at this horrible facility.

This nursing center was a terrible terrible place to put anybody's loved one first walking into the facility was a very unpleasant experince there were three or four residents on the front entrance it was like the residents were very zombie like poorly dressed and unresponsive when I spoke to them. when you enter the facility there is a reception desk with a glass window so it fells like your visting someone in a jail or something the front receptionist was very unprofessional she talked on the phone while I explaining what my needs she where. When I finally began my tour I was let in my a big locked in unit for residents that usually have dementia my experince was utterly horrible this place was ran like a institutionalized prison, The residents seem like they overly medicated the place reaked of urine.I went in the middle of the day when activites are usually done to keep residents with mental stimulation and they were sat infront of the TV that was showing inappropriate television shows the adminstator seemed to be more worried about what kind of insurance my family member used. Another concern that I was the dining area it was set up like a cafeteria .There was nothing appealing about the table setting or the food it was nothing that I would want my family member eating on a daily basis.that one concern was enough forme to just that alone feel empathy for the residents that lived there on a daily basis let alone rehab it but i continued on with my tour to view the rooms there was no private showers so that meant that all residents were bathed in a community shower that was enough for me to end my journey for me the room was very small even the shared rooms were pretty small not enough closet space, which I didnt like it didnt seem like you could bring alot of things from home to make your loved feel comfortable to feel like home this place seemed very depressing and I would not reccomend this facility for nursing or rehab
