My father stayed at Le Reve Rehabilitation & Memory Care but has already been discharged. He was there for rehab but he still can't walk so I was not pleased with that facility. He had 2 nursing aides who were great with him. They come in Monday through Friday and they take good care of him. The weekends were horrible, though, because he would lay on his waste. They had limited staff. I think the food was okay because my dad ate all of it. He was in a semi-private room. I cleaned it every day that I was there, both the room and the bathroom because it was not properly sanitized the way I would prefer it to be properly sanitized. He couldn't do any activities because they said he refused to do anything. I don't know if that was because he was in pain but there wouldn't have been any activities for him to participate in because he's incapacitated. They could improve at having a lot more compassion and empathy for their patients. I also think they are understaffed so they need more staff. The outside of the facility looks pretty good but they didn't have any security. They charge $4,500 for that place and it's horrible. The people they have there, their patients, are not cared for. They don't look clean, and they're just everywhere, all over the place.
