Over the last couple weeks I have been to Parsons House Cypress several times visiting my grandma. I can’t express how happy I am to see the difference it is from the last time I was there. It’s a warm, happy and loved environment. The new ED is making some very positive changes. The residents adore her, she is very approachable and she interacts with the residents. My grandma said she comes and talks to them every morning while they eat breakfast. I can’t express enough how this touches me. To have a leader who cares is hard to find these days. The staff is top notch who give great care to each resident there. Would 1000% recommend this community to everyone who needs a senior living option for their loved one.

The care staff at PHC is exceptional. I've spent some time volunteering here, and always leave knowing that there are still places that care. The leadership team is the cream of the crop and the Executive Director Mandi has great interpersonal skills. Her unparalleled level of compassion shines through her motivated approach to caring for the residents. She's never too good to help in any capacity. I'm proud to know this collection of amazing people.

We chose Parsons House Cypress for my mom. It's pretty much a smaller volume facility. The food and amenities are really good. It just looked like a very nice place; that's why we selected it. They gave us a lot of time, and they didn't rush us off. We were able to come back a few times and talk to the actual residents. One of the ladies has been there for 19 years. They know all the residents by first name, and all the folks treat my mom really well. The dining area is cozier and smaller; maybe four or five people can sit at a table. There's main food, but if you need anything for a special diet or if there are certain things that you don't want, the chef is able to make a small number of off-menu items to accommodate you. So, it seems really nice.

My sister found Ainsley Courte for my mom and she has just moved in last Saturday. The place is very nice and very clean. Everybody was just very nice and the staff were very helpful. They told us for the first couple of weeks, they will go and get her for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to make sure she comes in to eat and be more familiar with the surroundings. Her room is very spacious. She can bring her own furniture and make the room homey and that's what we liked about it.

It was a good experience, I just played games with the elderly and got hours for doing it. It was overall a fun experience and I would be more than happy to do it again sometime in the future because it makes me feel good inside knowing I brightened an elderly person's day. Also because i hope people will come visit me when I am old and lonely. I will never forget this experience. It was very clean there and I would recommend it to people looking to place someone there. It is in a great area and a great location. Overall a very acceptable facility and was very happy with the way they conducted business there and took care of the elderly. In the future I plan on going there for more service hours and just to make someone's day better with my good charm and clever little jokes.
