Village Green meets and exceeds every standard of care. My father who is a resident there calls Village Green “Heaven”! He has been in several different care facilities and this place is off the charts in comparison. Village Green actually does what they say they will do for your loved one. If you are looking for a memory care facility that will meet your loved one where they are, care for their needs individually, treat them as a unique person and worthy of love and care than this is the place for you. If you want a facility that sees their residents are tasks to be done, than move on. You will not regret joining hands with Village Green. They will treat you and your family like their family. I absolutely love this place.

My mother stayed at Village Green Alzheimer's Care Home - Cypress for three days and then we moved her to another place. The place smelled bad. All of the staff's uniforms were dirty, and it didn't look like they had been cleaned or washed in days. They're very inattentive. They didn't have a clue what was going on with mom. I think she only spent two nights there. There were just so many things going on. We took her out one morning and they didn't know until the next day that she was even gone. There was nothing wrong with her room; it was excellent. She had no complaint about the food. They played bingo.
