Christus St Joseph Village was large. It's three stories. My mother-in-law likes to walk inside, so she was able to do a lot of walking there. It used to be a Catholic facility, so they have a church on site, and she used to go to that every day. Her apartment was larger. She didn't need that, but she had a kitchen area in that one. The staff was not good at all. They were arrogant and unhelpful. They didn't do very many activities, so she didn't partake. She would do exercises every once in a while with their physical fitness person. The food there was good from what she told me.

I've been here at Christus St Joseph Village for several months and I'm very happy. It's a very nice facility. They provide many services. The other guests are very nice people. I'm enjoying it. There are bus trips to places around town, and we have church services, bingo, pool, an exercise area, and plenty of movies. There's always something to do if you want to participate. We have lovely grounds and gardens. We have plenty of places to walk and do things outside and we have patios. They have regular apartments and those for people who need more physical help. My apartment is spacious and well appointed. If I have any maintenance issues, people are immediately available to assist. There are people who help with cleaning and they provide all the services that someone would want. The food is good in general. Everything is clean and maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I liked the atmosphere in Christus St. Joseph Village when we were there. It was very friendly. I found an apartment there that meets my needs and is a little bit larger than some of the other ones. It's faith-based and I'm Catholic, so it fits the bill. Everything is included in the apartment. They provide two meals a day, they provide cleaning, cable, appliances, and it has space for a stackable washer and dryer. Other places have smaller rooms and don't include electricity or meals.

I have moved to Christus St Joseph Village and I like it very much. It has independent living and assisted living connected in the same compound. It has very fine apartments. I have a 1-bedroom with 1-1/2 bath and a very large living area, plus a balcony and a full kitchen. I'm very pleased. The staff is very friendly and very receptive and they take care of things expeditiously. It has the usual things, games, church services, and buses to churches and medical appointments. They have an indoor heated swimming pool, an exercise room, and a chapel. I don't eat food here. It's an excellent facility. I'm not participating in anything except group meeting. The pricing is very good.

Living at CHRISTUS St. Joseph Village has changed my life for the better. I’ve said goodbye to homeowner concerns. It’s farewell to feeling lonely and left out. It’s adios to depression and losing weight. At. St. Joseph’s I was welcomed with a worry-free lifestyle. Each day I am greeted with new friends that become family. My health has improved as I eat very well and gain weight. FREEDOM, FUN, FRENDSHIP confirms how I feel…if heaven is anything like this, I’ve got it made!
