My family was in the process of transferring my grandmother out of this building. There is a wonderful lady name Sherise the Director of Nursing that made me and my family a promise to correct any problems and shortcoming that we experienced. Horrible nurses that are no longer there and the treatment of my grandmother within a 2 week period I admire this lady for keeping her word and making sure that my family was informed and given great service. My grandmother remains in facility and Sherise is a GOD send. Thanking her for turning a negative to positive

My mom stayed at Crestview Court for three weeks. The facility was great. It's just the customer service that was bad. You went in, and everybody was always in a meeting. You can't get anything straight. They were disorganized. We can't talk to anybody about my parent's care. You tried to figure out what was going on, and nobody could tell you anything. That's why my sister moved my mom because she got tired of that. The room was nice. The dining area was nice. But the customer service was bad. If you need help, they don't help you, and they try to rush you.

My aunt is in Crestview Court. Her room is just a standard room. It's got double-sized hospital beds. Currently, she does not have a roommate, so she's got pretty much the entire room to herself. The room has a nightstand right next to the bed and then, of course, two wardrobes for each patient to have their own space for their clothing and other items. There is an onsite chef. At first, my aunt said that she liked the food there. Now she says that is a lot of the same things over and over again. There are lots of eggs, pasta, and bread, so she would prefer to have a little bit more variety. But overall, the food isn't bad. They have a shuttle that can pick up their clients from either their homes or the hospital. They have a pretty large dining area/gathering area for their patients. They have COVID protocols, so when they come into the facility, you have to quarantine for 14 days before you can join any of the other guests like in the general population. For the most part, they have a large area for them to congregate. I would give them a 3 because of some feedback that my aunt is giving me in terms of responsiveness whenever she's asking for help. She can't move herself to get up, go to the restroom, and get in or out of bed, so sometimes the response times to that are lacking. It has been difficult to get a hold of her social worker to get any updates. Since my aunt has been there, we've requested a couple of things on her behalf that her doctors say she needs (and not things that we want, just things that they told us that she needs) and are still not available to her. Like they told us that she would have to have up to three Boost or Ensure drinks per day to help with her healing process in terms of building muscle. She also has a wound on her leg and that was going to help heal that as well. However, it has been like pulling teeth to try and get those added to her dietary needs. Then there is some sort of a sleeve or a handle that goes on her chair that should hold her arm in place to kind of help her. (She can use her hand, but she can't lift the arm because of the stroke). That is supposed to help her function and also help her build muscle and dexterity. They've mentioned that a couple of times, but we haven't seen it yet. But she has been there a few weeks now, so that's a little concerning, too. The front of the facility seems pretty clean, like the reception area and the general area for all of their populations, but the rooms are a little dated. They could use some paint and maybe some additional amenities to brighten them up since people are spending the majority of their time inside their rooms. Brighter wallpaper and maybe some curtains would be nice to set up the rooms and give them a feeling of home instead of just like the penitentiary feel. My aunt pays in co-pay, and Medicare takes care of the rest. The money is part of it, but the big deal is really what you're getting for it. And if my loved one is having to spend her time there, I would expect them to be a little bit more responsive and understand that what you're dealing with is people who probably can't take care of themselves obviously or else they wouldn't be there, and so maybe just a little bit more compassion, too.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. My dad went in for rehab from a stroke. Just say he didn't make it out. He died! No one from the facility bothered to call and let us know. We first found out from the medical exams office. Not one time did they call and give their condolences. Before my dad passed away. I often visited him just to find him soiled. When I would try and let the nursed and cna know, they would develop the funkiest attitude. They showed no compassion or empathy for my dad. They were also unorganized. My dad had bone cancer and I would often asked if they gave him his pain medication and they claim they didn't see it in his chart. Which I knew thay was a lie. They will leave your loved one unattended for hours. Not kidding. I timed them several hours just to see if they would check on him. I one heard a staff member screaming at another patient there. It was so sad. Put your family there at your own risk. Don't let the nice facility distract you. Their services are horrible. I could say more but I'll leave it here

My father in law has been here for over a month following a stroke. I am trying to get infor for his discharge on Monday Feb 14th. I have spoken to Pam the Social Worker and she was trying to find out if the Dr would write an order for a hospital bed for my father in law. The Dr has to write an order if it is medically necessary for him to get it. He can no longer walk and is 91. She assured me on Thursday that she would get with the Dr on Friday and find out so we would know how to plan the weekend to get ready for his arrival home on Monday. I spoke with her on Friday twice and she assured me she would contact me by the end of the day with the info. I called about 4 and she had them tell me she was working on it and would get with me. I waited and about 530 called again and she is gone for the day. I have no info. I guess Pam's word means Absolutely Nothing!!!!!!

THEY HAVE BED BUG IN THERE FACILITY. THEY TRIED TO BLAME IT ON MY PARENTS AND THEY MOVED MY MOM OUT WITHOUT TELLING US AND THEY WERE ABRUPT WITH THEM. THEY VERY COLDHEARTEDLY DISMISSED MY MOM AND MOVED HER TO A PLACE THAT IS HORRIBLE AND SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO THE FACILITY TO SEE A SPECIALIST AND THEN SHE WOULD BE GOING BACK TO CRESTVIEW COURTS BUT NEVER DID. I AM GREIVING FOR MY PARENTS OVER THIS COLD AND UNCALLED FOR LIE THEY SET UP FOR MY PARENTS. IF IT IS TRUE THAT THEY SAW BED BUGS THEN I BET 1,000000. THEY STILL HAVE BEDBUGS.

My son has been staying at Crestview Court for about a month now. He's doing well, and I love the facility. It's really nice. It's a senior-living facility, but they have senior care there. I took advantage of that and had somebody come in to help with his medicine a bit. He gets three meals a day, and he's in a one-bedroom apartment, which is like a room with a kitchenette. It's really nice. The food is pretty nice. We chose it because I had a friend there before, and to me it's really nice. It's somewhere that I would think about living. The cleanliness and upkeep is really good; it smells nice when you walk in, and they have a place where if he wants it there will be somebody to wash and fold his clothes. They have cleaning come in once a week and change his linens. The staff is great; they're always accommodating. They have a gym or a workroom; they have bingo and all kinds of activities there. They have a lot of stuff, and they have a place for when you want to have family, or engage, or cook.

WARNING!!! ⚠️ ⛔️ DO NOT...I REPEAT, DO NOT trust this facility with anyone that you love. My mom was checked in this place on a Tuesday. I wasn’t able to see her until that Friday. I walked in and was horrified at the scene taking place. My mom was scared out of her mind, bleeding, no socks, and bruised. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!

I was a patient at Crestview Court while recovering from a surgery. The care that I received was not at all acceptable. One of the tubes coming from my surgery site was leaking and and I had difficulty getting them to change the wet sheets. They just covered up the wet spots with blankets. The last time that I ask that the wet dressing on my surgical incisions be changed, it took them 24 hours before they had time to do it. I had to go back to the hospital for day surgery. The surgery couldn't be done because I had pneumonia. The medical staff at Crescent Court had ignored the pneumonia for five days. When I was released from the hospital and went back to Crescent Court, I had around $200 worth of items that were missing/stolen (clothing, unopened toiletries, etc). The director didn't seem to be at all concerned about any of this. If you have a loved one here, they need an advocate to look out for them. You might want to stop by at different times of the day and night to insure that your loved one is getting the care that they deserve.

I would like have had the kitchen cook a more variety of foods and pay attention to what they served me. I don’t eat beef or Polk, but a lot of time that’s what I got. So I ate a lot of grilled cheese sandwich’s.

Crestview Court didn't have rooms available at the time I toured. It's a skilled nursing community and is right across another assisted living place. My opinion of them is high among the places that I have been to. I met with a young lady who gave me a tour of the community. She showed me a room which is what they would have available, and it was clean. It has almost the same amenities as the other assisted living place I went to. The dining area was clean, I didn't see anything wrong it, and it was a nice. They had shared rooms and it was more of a Medicaid/Medicare place.

I had a family member in this facility and they were awesome. The staff was friendly and therapy did a great job. They had some great activities and church was really good. The social worker helped us to get home health to come to the house on discharge and even ordered a wheel chair for us.

Do not recommend! Careful thinking your loved one will be treated w respect or cared for at minimum standards. 1st trip - failed to insure patient completed minimum recovery activity, Same trip, loved on left in bed no diaper only top to wear, shameful. Lover one recovernight from UTI left in her own feces and urine over 10 minutes. No one washed her teeth. No encouragemention to be active. 2nd- loved one left so uncared for at Crestview she obtained 4 bedsores - this is an obvious lack of duty! 3rd one man on duty yes2 had the insensitivity to ask In the patient room While she is laying there, loudly, what Funeral home? His phone rang so loud she responded with a wince. CAREFUL, NO CARE HERE

Husband was sent to this place 12-2016 to recover from a stroke.was there not even a week and had another one and spent 3 more months in the hospital 1 1/2 of those was in ICU where he almost passed. The staff is neglectful. That includes nurses therapists office personnel. They wouldn't help him find the bathroom at night. I failed to say he is also legally blind. I went in the morning and he was laying in a bed of pee. Had to bring his meds from home. If he was a bother to them they would give him meds he didn't need to keep him asleep. They are not fit to help anyone. His clothes were stolen . I would not send my worst enemy there. Please reconsider if you are thinking about it.

I have a family member here and this place is awful. I would not recommend it to ANYONE! They are so short staffed and according to other family members the state had been called several times about this.

I have not had an issue with this facility. My sister has been there since it opened. My parents have been there for about a year. My overall perception is that if the family is involved, the patients receive excellent care. If not, well..... Is it not the family's responsibility to ensure that the best care ever is given. Overall, given the understaffing in both aides and nurses, they do an admirable job.

DO NOT EVER put anyone you love in this facility. My family member went in for "agressive therapy" as they put it, and is now a vegetable. They drug their patients so they don't have to deal with them. The dr. never checks in on the residents, just sends out prescriptions, then doesn't ever see what it is doing to them. Aides that aren't authorized to give medicine do, and they know nothing about what they are giving. We are going to lose a family member because of this place, not because of the small procedure done. Please if this has happened to anyone else, report it and maybe enough of us getting together can shut them down!
