My mother was at park manor for 6 weeks post covid recovery & rehab! My mom used to complain about the food, some staff who were rude & unprofessional towards her care! Despite all that, I loved the social worker, she was the best, so kind and compassionate! Loved working with Yvonne! And also the rehab team was excellent..

Do not ever leave your loved ones in this facility. My father was left untreated with bedsores , He was served food with mold, dirty catheter that was never changed.his medication was not given every day. He was septic, got E. coli, Covid and pneumonia and a bladder infection. This place is absolutely horrible!!!!

I had a very hard time getting staff to answer the phone so that I could check on my mom's status. I would call my mom and she would be short of breath, so I would call the nurses station, and no one would answer. Very frustrating!! After a week of not being able to speak with the nursing staff, they call me to tell me my mother has been taken to the nearby hospital for ...you guessed it, shortness of breath. I have been an ICU nurse for 20 years and have not experienced such an inept facility. My mother hated the food, in fact, she hated the whole experience and that is hard to hear when I am 4 hours away. I feel like all this facility was interested in was the fact that my mother had traditional Medicare and saw "reimbursement $$$$" and on top of that, I have yet to see her discharge instructions. She was given her meds from this facility and then discharged. I have repeatedly called, emailed, whatever I could to speak to someone at this facility and ask for her discharge instructions but have not heard from anyone yet. Although, one lady did call me saying my mother still had a balance of $500, they seem to find you when money was involved. I finally moved my mother to a facility closer to me so I can be part of her care. As you can tell, I do not recommend this facility at all!!

I have to say that I am extremely grateful and impressed with this skilled nursing. From the very beginning they have gone above and beyond. It started with the tour that I had to schedule for 7pm because I did not want to leave my loved one at hospital by himself to the care that he is getting. Everyone is always friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. I highly recommend this community. My loved one is making great improvements and I cant say enough positive things about this community!

The nursing home's new management has truly turned this place around. The nursing home has evolved and has really got its act together. My mother has been at Park Manor for over three years and is suffering from dementia. They take excellent care of her. Everyone is very kind. The employees and clients seem content. I visit two or three times a week. Her room is always clean and she is too. I am very impressed with the new management. My mother is well taken care of and is very content and happy.

We had so many issues with this place. Our family member was treated poorly, the food is horrible, etc.. I had someone smart off to me when i asked a question. They messed up medications - gave the wrong ones. Don't send anyone you love here.

My mother received excellent care while she rehab at Park Manor. The entire staff was outgoing and friendly. My mother had a stroke and was in the hospital for over a month. She then caught pneumonia to make matter worse. My sister who works in a hospital recommend the nursing home to us because of their ability to handle complex cases. She did worn us that it was not a hospital. I found it better than the hospital she came from, they did a good job but the Therapy and people were so patient with all of us. She recovered from everything and made it back home.

My grandmother has open wounds that have not been attended to by trained wound nurses or the wound clinics in over 2 months. They also did not chart her wound care at all and when it came time for her Medicare review she looked in good health so they took her off Medicare. Now they are saying if she doesn't pay for the 9 days she wasn't covered by Medicare because of their lack of accurate charting and record keeping they will kick her out. When she moved into the long term living side with a roomate and a room that met her needs associated with having Asbergers, the facility gave us the green light knowing she was a medicaid pending resident. After we had moved her in they stopped us in the hall and told us if we didn't agree to pay the extra amount for the slightly "upgraded room" they would kick her out of that room despite her Asberger needs. Not to mention their staff and admin team are either fired or quit so often its impossible to keep your loved ones affairs organized and progressing. For those of us whose loved ones are trying to receive Medicaid benefits this is a real problem. Its been made clear to us that the Admin team thinks themselves superior to the families by way of dedication and whats best for your loved one. They have little to no respect for the time, sacrifice, and most importantly expertise you have with your loved ones care. We have been lied to, intimidated, and threatened. Its so inappropriate but it will not stop us from advocating for our Grandmother.

My mother had a serious fall that required 24-hour nursing. She has been at Park Manor fora little over a month now, and she is having excellent care. This is a brand new facility, and it is highly recommended. The staff are all brand new. The nursing care is excellent. If there are any changes in her care, I get phone calls alerting me to what's going on. She has routine doctor appointments which they take her to. She is in a semi-private room; there are two people in each room, although they do have private rooms and upgraded semi-private rooms available for a higher cost. It is more like a hospital room than a normal living facility. They have complete rehab facilities. They have hair care and specialized showering and bathing equipment. My mother enjoys their food; she has no complaints. She has not had any complaints about her care or the people treating her. She is getting excellent treatment.
