My mother-in-law is in Heritage Assisted Living, and so far, it's been very good. They're very caring and very attentive to her needs, and very understanding of her personality quirks. It's going really well and we've been very happy. They keep her room very nice, they keep it very clean, and keep up with her stuff. On Sundays they have church services and they have different kinds of arts and crafts. They've got something going just about every day. She says the food is kind of middle of the road, but she's a little bit of a complainer. It's not high end, but all the nutritional requirements are being made. I think they do a good job. The communication is pretty good; I haven't had any issues yet and neither has my husband. It's not as luxurious as the place my mother stayed, but for what you pay for, which mostly is peace of mind that your loved one is being taken care of and her needs are met, that's fine. It's not as luxurious, but her needs are definitely being met. The value for the money is good; it's great.

My friend is at the Heritage Assisted Living right now. We chose this community because they don't have a high turnover rate with their employees. They only had eighteen people there, and it's very family oriented. His room is very nice, it accommodates him well, and it's got a nice view. Their facility is also nice. They have plans to do some upgrades on the outside, and I think it will be great. The location is fine. It's easy to get to, and it's not far from the interstate. They're still not having too many activities due to COVID.

Love Heritage on Coleman rd. The staff is amazing and friendly. I can sleep great at night knowing my mother is being well taken care of. Mom is happy.

The Heritage was a nice, little place, but it was not kept clean. The food was not as it should be as far as nutrition. The room was OK; they just don’t clean them up very often. The staff was very nice.

My mom lived at Heritage Assisted Living for three years. It was an okay facility. They have very big rooms and they have good food. They really care about the people that live there. They have bingo, they also make flowers, they do take some day trips; walk to the mountains. They don’t have clinical staff and that is probably their shortcoming. Their prices are very reasonable. They always make the family very welcome.
