We really like The Waterford in Hermitage. The rooms are a good size and very open with tall ceilings so my mom doesn't feel cramped at all. They have very good activities like balloon volleyball with people sitting in chairs, singalongs of Christmas songs, and piano playing. The staff is great and cheerful. They've been really good and keep my mom's room clean and get her laundry done. My mom has only been there a few months, but so far it's been good. They have a pastry chef and a baker which is really good.

I've visited The Kempton of Hermitage and everything there was very nice. It was very clean and they all seemed very happy. It was centrally located, and there were a lot of things in the location. Yet it was the main beaten path and there was nothing behind it as far as buildings, it was in a kinda cul de sac by itself. The people were very nice and the lady I talked to was very nice. She helped me and spent time with me, we walked through the place and she invited me to have lunch but I wasn't able to at the time. They pretty much have the same amenities as the other places I toured, but the thing that I also liked was they include cable in the total package, while some of the places don't. The area is quiet, they had places for music, and places for gardening, and they'd take them here and there where needed. They were right down the street from the hospital, they had a salon and a courtyard. They were only two levels high, which is good because I don't like high rises.

The Kempton is a well maintained facility with wonderful staff. As a volunteer I can see that they put their best foot forward to care for the residents and offer activities that are interesting and fun, all while building relationships. If you’re loved one is in need of Assisted Living, check out The Kempton in Hermitage, TN.

The Waterford in Hermitage was one of our two picks. The staff was very friendly, it was clean, there was a lot of activity, and the all people we met in the hall seemed happy and active. They have multiple options, but they only have single occupancy rooms. We loved it,and the people were just extremely nice and friendly. They had a fashion show the day that we were there, and they also have arts and crafts. It seemed a little more lovely than the other places. We checked out the assisted living and memory care.

This ALF is uniquely gifted with a healing atmosphere for the mind, soul, and physical body. It is evident in the residents, employees, and building. Every one is happy with great interaction with one another. I am a nurse and just love seeing patients under my care there. Simply the best.

The Waterford in Hermitage is beautiful. I would recommend it highly for someone, but to me, the rooms that they offer were claustrophobic and I'm not ready for that. The staff was great, and the people were nice. Anybody could be happy there. I have friends there that are very pleased with it.
