Martin Boyd staff is dedicated, consistent, and truly have a passion for what they do, My mom was a resident for 3+ years, (2014-2017). My mom lived on every level. Thanks to Stacey B. and Steve E., my mom was able to live at Martin Boyd til the end of her life. The rooms are spacious, and the closets provide adequate space too. Laundry is prepared individually and ironed weekly. Resident Rooms and other facility rooms are cleaned daily. Trash is emptied multiple times a day! The Food is good. We enjoyed it! I highly recommend Martin Boyd because of the consistency, dedication and compassion toward the residents and the community!

I didn't care for Martin Boyd Christian Home at all, and I wouldn't put my mother-in-law there. It was the least expensive, but it seemed like a big hotel. It's a wonderful place, but it didn't feel warm and fuzzy. My visit was fine, and the people who took me around were very nice. They needed remodeling. It's kind of an old building, and they're in construction now.

I am the daughter of a resident of Martin Boyd Christian Home. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and caregivers. My mother is very happy here and thoroughly enjoys the activities and food. When the time came a year ago that she could no longer live alone, Martin Boyd was where she wanted to live!
Thankful for Blessings

My mother has Alzheimer's disease and she has lived at Martin Boyd Christian Home for a year. I knew someone whose mother was there and he told me it was wonderful. I took her and went for a visit there. When I walked in, I knew the Lord had led us there. Martin Boyd is decorated beautifully, it is clean and the staff is wonderful and friendly. The meals they serve are very good. I have eaten there with her several times. I visit her almost everyday and I am so thankful to the Lord that my mother is in a Christian home where I can have peace of mind and I know she is being well taken care of. I would recommend it to anyone.

Martin boyd christian home is a great place to live. When you walk in you are greeted by a receptionist and you feel like you are entering someone's home. The facility does not seem cold or impersonal, it feels warm and inviting. There is a big entry way and living room when you first walk in. The staff are always helpful and nice. There are three separate sections for different levels of care. Each one has it's own living room and nurse's station. The different sections feel comfortable and are not overcrowded. There is also an outdoor patio to sit and visit with your family and friends. The outdoor space is filled with flowers and plants that look beautiful. The dining room is small, but it is large enough for everyone. The food is not great, but it is not bad either. The residents can keep their own food in their private rooms and that's a plus. There is also a piano in the dining room for anyone to play. Overall, Martin boyd christian home is a nice facility. I would recommend it to my family and friends.
