My brother moved into American House Bartlett. It's a beautiful facility. They had a lot to offer him. The price was reasonable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. He has a studio apartment. It's one room with the bed in it. There is a small refrigerator, a microwave, a huge walk-in closet, and a big bathroom that is wheelchair accessible. My brother likes the food very much.

My father has been staying at American House Bartlett for two years now. I do not like the care that they provide. They do mistreat their patients. If they are upset with a patient, they will neglect them. They only have 1 or 2 kind people that work there. They don't treat them right. Their food is okay. It's not gourmet, but it's not disgusting either. The building is fairly clean, but they don't clean the room like they're supposed to. The atmosphere is quiet. The layout and the size of the room are fine. It's enough space.

American House Bartlett was a nice place. It was an excellent place, so I would recommend it for people who get into that situation that can't come and can't afford to go. So, I would recommend it. The person in charge of bringing people in was outstanding in terms of providing information. They were very patient in giving me a tour, and I really liked the room. The unit that I went to was excellent. They are located in nearby restaurants, hospitals, the interstate, and a major mall.

American House Bartlett is clean, effective, and everybody looked happy. The rooms were spacious and could be a home for a senior. The staff was very warm, welcoming, and energetic. Very caring. They have a salon. They have a gathering room where they have services on Sunday. They were having arts and crafts the other day.

I was extremely impressed. I was interested in respite care and they showed their assisted living and their entire facility. Based on the tour, I would say that it is an excellent community. I saw a lot of care and concern for the residents in that community. I was impressed with the layout and the staff too. Everybody was very professional, very courteous, friendly, very easy to talk with, and offered suggestions. They were just very helpful. The maintenance is excellent, the grounds on the outside were immaculate, and the entire facility was immaculate. The room that they showed me was very neat, very clean, and met my expectations.

I really liked it, mainly because the manager was willing to work with me. I didn't find anything wrong with the rooms or the care or anything like that. The biggest bonus for me was that he was willing to see what I needed and try to work with me to get that taken care of. He was professional. He showed a sample room that was empty, and I felt at that time that it was big enough for my mom. It's a studio, and that's all she needed. The facility was clean, and it seemed like they were doing a good job. I really liked what they showed me and how the facility was laid out. They had a nice courtyard at the back for people who wanted to go out, sit, and just be at peace. They also have a beauty salon.

I've toured and the place was very clean. The staff was very friendly and very informative. If we had decided to go ahead and put her in one, that's definitely where she would have been. They had a little library, and they had physical therapy. They have doctors who visit twice a week, so if the patient needed to see one, they didn't have to go out. The doctor would come, and they could see them there. That was one of the selling points. That way they don't always have to get out to go to a doctor. The meals were included, and if they didn't want to eat that food, they would have a place to order something else. They normally have that besides their scheduled meals, so if the patient didn't want to eat the big meals, they could get a sandwich or something to go.

My sister likes it very much. She's glad that we found the place and she feels very comfortable and safe. Their communication with my brother and I have not been to a level that we would like and expect from professionals. When we have questions they get back to us, but it's not as timely as we think it should be. The little time I've had to work with the staff has been wonderful.

We chose here for our mother, and we love the place. She's in the assisted living level and the staff members there are wonderful and really good. She's in a studio, it's really nice, and she really likes it. They also have options when it comes to the rooms. The staff helps the residents with everything. They also have a shop there and help them do their nails. They have a certified staff that does activities with them, they play bingo, do puzzles, there are bible studies, and tons of things. You name the activity and they have it.

I enjoyed my visit. The people were very nice, and the place was very clean. The dining area looked nice. The rooms were very small, but I am finding out that is the norm. The people were very nice, everything looked very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the people in the hall were very friendly. The only disappointment I had was it is a no smoking campus, and I smoke, so that is a problem.

My parents knew some people here and I felt it was important that they have people around with whom they’re already familiar. The people are accommodating and empathetic to somebody new moving in.

It was very nice too, and I liked this one a lot, but they didn't have much availability. It was a nice environment. I don't think I would call the rooms spacious; they were probably adequate.

We looked at three facilities, and we chose here because it is in a neighborhood familiar to my dad. Also, the presentation by the staff and orientation of the facility are very good. I believe the staff has good ethics. The living arrangement with the larger private rooms is good. My dad is in a two-bedroom unit with a small living room and a bath, which is spacious enough. I find the meals good, wholesome, and appropriate in portion size. They have probably most typical activities. They have bingo, musical activities, games, outings, entertainment that comes from local musicians or the church. They also have religious activities.

I love this place! We chose it because of several reasons. First, the family-like atmosphere. Second, it is one story and easy to use for an Alzheimer's patient. Third, they have caring and concerned staff.

All employees are kind, loving and patient with the residents. My mother-in-law loves living here and we are mostly pleased with the care she receives. We would highly recommend this senior living facility.
