This place treated our family like family. The staff was wonderful. Especially the therapy group. We didn't know what we were going to do when the insurance stop paying but the woman in the office helped out tremendously. Visiting was hard for awhile but they made sure we talked even using the staffs personal phones because none are in the rooms. It was very clean, and the food was good. I like that that they got to know all of us and made us feel comfortable in making the hard decisions. I wish we could do something for them workers because you don't find many people that are willing to be convalescent home workers because of low pay and what you hear but this place is good.

The rooms are Waterbury infested, saw a staff member realize that one had crawled up their pants leg, poor thing, you could see they were traumatized. Staff can be very rude at times. Most of the time my family member has brown urine soaked stains in their sheets. I've witness the nursing director and some of her nursing staff actually doing patient care and was impressed by that, they showed they really cared. One lady nurse actually heated up my Mother's food because it was given to her cold, don't know her name but she had short red hair. Some care, some don't and we the family's can tell.

When I first arrived in this facility I noticed the people that were in the business office we're discussing and talking about patience which is very unprofessional. I also Witness coming in one particular night on several occasions very short-staffed. One particular nurse watch the light and never went to answer it she was on her cell phone and was doing nothing she told the aid to get it because she is tired. This facility by far has been one of the worst experience for my family member. They should worry about Staffing the facility to get quality patient care

PruittHealth in Rock Hill is OK. The rooms are small with two people in a room. The dining area is OK, most of the residents eat in their room. They offer a few different activities, like bingo.

pruitts healthcare aids are far & in between but theres one lady aid all i know her name is mrs threat shes so good & personaly she should be made a supervisor over the other women to make sure they do their work. another thing im a bad diabetic & pruitt healthcares dr doesnt care about high your blood sugar is my blood sugar was 400 plus too 500 while at home my blood sugar averages 125 200. my point is my kidneys are bad for me not watching my diabetes but for the past year my diabetes was under control untill dr jewell wouldnt give me the insulin coverage my body needs he didnt under. bottom line is pruitt needs to staff their aids maybee 9 rooms per aid or just hire more aids other than than most of the aids were freindly when they ever made it to my room after sometimes a hour and the other patient in the first bed would get the aid and never checked on after i had turned the light on

I have my father at PruittHealth. We are not happy with the level of care he gets. Some staff is awesome (Shaniquia, Francine, Kristy, Matthew), other staff is inattentive. Sometimes it takes over an hour (and 3 requests) to get my father cleaned up. They have forgotten to feed him, cannot get his menu restrictions correct and never involve him in daily activities even upon our request. We've complained multiple times with many empty promises as only result. We are finding unexplained bruising and injuries on him and have been told we can't move him due to Medicaid restrictions (which we know is false). Other than the few staff members who are so caring and attentive, I would not recommend this facility to my enemy.

My mother is in PruittHealth-Rock Hill. It's very nice and clean. They're a little shorthanded sometimes, but they're good. The rooms are nice and clean as well.

This place is one of the most awful nursing homes I have ever visited!!! The staff was really rude and did not acknowledge me or my husband. We were there visiting my aunt. I walked into her room and she looked a hot mess!!! Her hair was such a mess and she looked dirty. She had dried food on her mouth. I was so shoked and disappointed that this facility would allow their residents to look like this. I heard so many positive things about this facility. I feel embarrassed that I suggested this facility for placement of my aunt. My family is in the process of moving her to another SNF. Please do not base your opinions off those of others, do your homework and tour the facility.

I stayed at UniHealth for 3 or 4 days. There were really some good therapists there. The facility was clean and nice. You could order what you want for meals.

Upon entering the facility the receptionist greeted my sister and I in a polite and friendly manner. The facility was clean and in very good condition. During a meeting with the staff concerning my mothers needs they presented a positive, knowledgeable, and caring attitude. The facility has a hydro therapy section as well as a rehabilitation section. I was glad that it is across the street from the main hospital in Rock Hill should there be an emergency. On the way to visit my mother in her room I noticed the halls were clear and not cluttered. Every staff member we came across had a cheerful appearance, not one person was rude to us. There is a pleasant garden area available between the two wings of the building. It also has a room specifically set aside for non-denominational religious activities. In my mother's room all the equipment was modern and in like new condition. When my mother called the nurse it only took maybe 3 or 4 minutes for someone to show up and was polite and friendly. Of the several time I visited there no one treated me rudely on badly. In all the kind of place I would want to go should the need arise.
