My Grandma survive here for one week before passing. The valve on her oxygen tank was played with; the valve should’ve been on 5 and someone had turned it up close to 8 so a physical therapist turned it down then a woman in burgundy scrubs with with brownish orange hair turned it back up, her soiled diaper was left on her longer then expected, the food they provided her was cold, hard chicken tenders and cold broccoli, she was in a heavily heat room with no other access to cool refreshing air, nobody lift a window and was quick to tell me what can be done. A lot of the characters there are not of GOD, and my spidey senses Is telling me something is not right with this place. Legal action needs to be taking, this place needs to be under review, I do not recommend this place to no one. My grandma died unsatisfied and uncomfortable. As long as I’m still standing, this place will see justice.

Walked in there for 2 weeks therapy. After 2 weeks had 3 bedsores, was so doped up couldnt speak ,was incoherent, bedridden, dehydrated, feverish, infected bedsores. Staff should be fired, place should be shut down. Took months for sores to heal. Judging by the 3 inch sore on his heel, the 6inch sacral sore and the necrotic penis, its safe to assume regular bathing wasnt done let alone diabetic foot care.

I am not one to usually write a review, but this place needs to be shut down. It is not clean at all. The staff members are nasty and have no regard for the patients. My father had back surgery and was sent here to recover. He’s a diabetic. They checked his blood sugar one time since he was there and not even before a meal. They had not followed any of the rules of moving him around in the bed. Then they say that the patients can have visitors for 24 hours but proceeded to tell me I had to leave. I felt so bad leaving my father in their care. I would not put anyone in this facility if it were the last place on earth. He’s only there to aid in recovery for his surgery. They were so nasty after I said I don’t understand the difference between me being there all night when the sign says he can have visitors for 24 hours. She haughtily walked out and told me to call the administrator. That’s exactly what I plan to do, right along with returning as soon as day breaks. I don’t trust them nor any “get a CNA license over night” programs that these unprofessional people went through. Please adhere to the many other warnings about this place. Never send your family here. Angela

worst place ever to be. I took my love one out after several hrs. I seen massive amount of gnats when ask the nurse about it she stated oh we had them for long time there isn't much to do about them . my love one roommate stated that at night they have lots of mice to. GROSS.

Manor care is the worst place anyone can go for care. The staff are very unprofessional and lazy. They need to show more empathy, care and love for the patients. There attitudes are horrible. This place is good for people who do not have loved ones who care about them and they just need somewhere to stay and get three meals a day. My mom is a diabetic. However; her blood sugar is not checked before meals. My mom have been their four days and no paper towels or hand soap in the bathroom. While i was fixing my mom bed i hit the nurses' button and was unaware i did that, 35 minutes after the fact the aide came in the room and said "yes". then she mentioned we rang the bell. What if something was wrong and she took so long to respond. I told the aide my mom needs help to shower, she said she can bathe herself. She set up the shower for her. While my mom was showering with my assistance, she comes in and ask if she is okay and proceeded to sit down in another stall with her feet up. My mom is a fall risk the least she could of done is assist her when needed. If i am not there to assist my mom every day she just sits in her room. I can go on and on about all the bad experience in that place. I will not recommend my worst enemy to that place. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I have never written a review before but i felt the need to do so with this place. I could not let it slide.

Manor Care was the worst community for my mom . They dropped her on the floor and nobody even knew about it for an hour. They can't even tell me what happened, so I had to get her out of there real fast. And it wasn't even the staff that were at fault. It was more like the nurses they hired. I can't down fault the whole facility for a couple nurses that didn't want to do their job.
